Ma'am i m practicing yoga daily for pcos and i m balancing my diet my weight is also normal and i also add 1 hour walk daily..1 year ago i got married and now we r tryng for baby but still my periods r irregular after doing everything for my health ..my overall health is good ..even my doctor has recommended me one medicine also which regularly i m taking for pcos in morning after breakfast
Start doing slow paced weight training along with yoga … reduce your cardio from daily to 3 times in a week … I followed the above routine with diet and it gave me great results.
