To me, NOS is a better option than a Turbo Kit or Supercharger. It costs a heck of a lot less, and gives you the same power, but only when you really want it which is better for daily driving. Since the car won't be hopped up on boost as often it will last longer too.
Nice Stang just got mine a month ago it’s a 2010 mustang gt premium with Ford Racing injectors and a full exsaust, putting a cold air intake with a good tune soon

After a run throw it in neutral. When you leave it in gear and let off it will lean out. Nitrous and lean mixture doesn't mix. Also on the wheels I bought wheels off a 2016 Mustang GT. Only paid a $1000 with tires. 245-40-19 is the size and the center cap has the Mustang on it. 150 shot here with dyno tune also. 150 shot will get your heart pumping!

It's probably on a wot switch so when he lets out the nitrous shuts off before the cars throttle is 100% shut

you definitely need more traction but i bet if you launched at 2000 and roll on to the throttle smoother i bet youd hook up a lot better.
yeah i think i will try launching at lower rpms to see if that helps out. thanks for the advice
@@NateRider I have damn near the same setup hot rod cams, Ford racing manifold, twin 60mm tb, jlt cold air, under drive pulleys, pace setter long tubes, 3” stainless h pipe cat/muffler delete, 4.10 gear, Lito tune, same zex nitrous kit, but I’ve also got double adjustable lowers with relocation brackets, adjustable upper with adjustable bracket and poly rear end bushing adjustable panhard bar and Mickey Thompson et streets. On the 100 shot I launch at 2k but then I just roll into the throttle not going wot until I hit second and the car is moving good. Seems to work the best cuz no matter what rpm I launch at if I actually the nitrous in first gear it lights the tires up. It’s supposed to be a wot activated but I’ve noticed it kicks on just before wot more like 80-85% throttle. The nitrous was just meant to get me by until I could find another shortblock, build it, and put some boost to it which is still the plan but I’m really liking the nitrous setup the way it is now. Initial goal was to run 12’s on motor and 11’s on the bottle then with a built bottom end and some boost get it into the 10’s. I’ve yet to run it on nitrous at the track but it has gone 12.88 @ 113mph with a terrible 2.2 60ft so I’m pretty sure I’ll brake into the 11’s on the bottle once I get the suspension straightened out.

just lower Tire pressure to about 26psi, I ran my best time on BFG Gforces on my mach1 than my Nitto 555Rs
Yeah thats what I was gonna try to do. I didn't check the pressure of my tires before I went out. I will try that out next time!

Cams will always come first no matter what. Get nitrous. you will love it :)
P.s if you need help hooking up, go with bmr rear lower control arms with the relocation brackets...and a good Panhard bar , like Whiteline. It helped so much on my car.

Have all the bolt ons on my 07 vert gt (black of course). I can't wait o put a nitrous kit on her I recently switched to 3.73 rear gears to help with a 100 shot

Nate love the power, the sound is just ok... you should check into the slp loudmouths....best axle back for the s197. Throw on some high flow cats if you can. Borla should of just stuck with the 4 bangers..

I think i remeber you talking about having lowing shocks or coils but the best way to get some handling on a mustang would be some adjustable coilovers. American muscle has some good ones.

I just installed BMR lower control arms with 1.5 lowering springs with adjustable panhard bar and upper control arm man ill tell ya big difference.

I did a BMR level 2 RCA upgrade from AM which comes with LCAs, upper control arm and upper control arm mount... my wheels are 18x10 in the rear wrapped with Nittos. My car handles good all day and I'm pushing about 350+ rwhp. I'm going to upgrade my panhard bar next, its best to do all that at once. So i hope that helped a bit. Good vid bro

I'm running 255/35/20 on front and 275/35/20 on the back, up from 235/55/17 stocks, NO RUBBING, no joint premature wear, and installed new Fox 2.0 Track Aluminum Bulbs shocks up form Bilstein B12's, with Continental Contisport Contact rubbers and the grip went just massive, sadly they didn't last me too long hahaha, then I went for Continental Extreme Contact Dw's and they are beastly grip summer tires, 20 inch rims added a bit of weight which actually helped on the car handling, the Fox shocks feel really good, and paired up with Bilstein's B12 feels stiffer and more responsive. I tried to go with 305/35/20 on the back but they were rubbing the inner and outer well and suspension pieces and and spacer was needed with some mods, and I don't trust Spacers at all!!! Also I changed the rear axle fluid in the differential and I'm giving a shot to GL 5 SAE 75W-140 Liquimolly, Instead of Lucas cause it was feeling sludgy. Keep it up Nate, you doing awesome with Sally! Have a corona for mi bro!

I am from Greece..i have a 2006 mustang gt i love it!!i want to buy a zex nitrous system too!!Ihave ford racing cams,and throttle body..i deleted the manifold runners i have bbk long tubes and xpipe borla exhaust..I also change the hole rear suspension control arms and many more..also a good mod is the lower contol arms relocation brackets...and many more small mod...i might build my motor this winter!!who knows!!enjoy man and also buy wider wheels for the back!!!

Yes maybe with stickier tires you'll get a better launch.
You should put a supercharger on it. Is yours a manual or auto?

Idk how you hooked in second. I have cams and longtubes plus Mickey Thompson street comp tires and stock 3:31 gears and at the top of second im on the verge of spinning and then shifting into third I break the tires loose and that's all without nitrous I'm probably making around 320 at the wheels
I get lucky lol im always spinning too. We both need to upgrade out suspension parts!

Dude...the smile on your face said it all!! I'd say some rear upper and lower control arms to bring that power down to the wheels. It helps noticeably w/ wheel hop too. I just got some BMRs from AM. They don't cost much. If you get the upper control arm, you might as well change the OEM bushings at the differential attachment. My OEM bushing wore out and the back end of my car was clunking really bad. Lol. Also, how long can you have that nitrous on? I am not too familiar with it . . . is it a turn on when you fell the need for speed and then must turn off right away or can you keep it on for extended driving sessions??
I love the nitrous so much! and yes, you just turn it on whenever you want the boost. you also have to open the bottle prior to turning on the switch. So the days you want to use the nitrous, you would turn the bottle on and then whenever you want to use it, then yo just switch it on and put the pedal to the metal! Sweet man! Yeah i think I have those on my AM build list! I hope to get them soon

Hi people just want to inform you on NOS when Running It.
Even a little shot of nos.You should have your car's tuned . What will happen is detention, u know when them old car's u seen pulling something or going up a hill. And you hear a clatter in the velve train. Most call it spark knock. And that all depends on how hot and even the elevation, At the time your running Nos..... Reason for that tuning so u get the best out of your car and to make sure you don't grenade your Engine. Remember your cars TIMING'S HAS TO BE RETARDED, LESS TIMING PEOPLE LIKE 4 DEGREES FOR 💯 hp jetting. And Any stock Engine really should run over 175hp jetting because over that even with tunning u can melt your rings and Pistons fyi.over that piston's Ring's needs file down to proper gaps.
I have a 98 mustang 4.6 stroker . My Engine was built by Hawaii racing out of Cali. Forged everything rods, crank, Pistons. So it's just a fyi people. This is where I installed the MSD box. I'm running 200 Shot on NX express which is rear wheel HP rated. It's a sling shot. 2003 Mach 1 with Ford Racing Aluminator motor. 490/560 rwhp/rwtq. Drag Radial will fix most of your traction issues with good lower control arm.

Pignut it's all in the tune, don't run more than 100 shot unless you know what your engine can handle.
100 shots, zex kit, 0-degree sparkplugs, and a tune will be the safest option for you

it activates when you go wide open throttle and only shoots between 3-6k rpm!

oh yeah! you can do it to basically any car as long as you have the tune and sparkplugs to go with it

I got the Eibach Pro System Plus complete suspension overhaul for my '05. Drives 110% better. Especially when it corners!
Eibach is the best in the business. I would love to upgrade to that setup

It depends on how much you use it. SO far I have had it for a month, used it 5 times, and it still full. It varies tho

I wouldn't recommend modding a V6. I have a 2005 V6, had it since junior year of high school (sophomore in college now),I'm just saving up for a 5.0 which is what I'd recommend doing instead of dumping money into a V6
