i love this guy, hes your casual middle class citizen who has a very nice car. most of these youtubers on mustang live in a 10 room mansion and have like 10 lambos when i see that a it makes me feel like ill never get a mustang unless im that rich, this guy is just a normal regular guy and he has a mustang which motivates me that i can get one with a good amount of money :)

My son just bought his first car, and he picked up a 2005 V6 for a great price. Pretty much a single owner, and someone that drove it lightly. He is so ridiculously excited and is already looking at mods... and obviously has me looking at them too. He has a few minor things to tune up first.

My chin spoiler has taken out 3 raccoons and now needs a new paint job and some fiberglass resin. Maybe think about a rear camera and front camera for your ride. Lowering springs, I dropped mine 2 inches and changed the ride nicely!
I started watching your videos about a month ago when I had thoughts on buying a 07 mustang. Purchased one a few days ago and its getting a new starter and then its home sweet home!

I just put the Raxiom Tail lights 2013 style on my 2007 Mustang Gt and it looks awesome. 👍 nice mods.

That’s when you put your foot down and enlighten the little lady with Finance 100. Of you already own the car and it’s something desireable like a Mustang it will only appreciate in value over time. If you sell it now you lose money. If you keep it you get to enjoy it and in time it will be worth more than you paid for it.

The best appearance mods for the S197 are: CDC Classic Chin Spoiler, Saleen Parnelli Jones Heritage Rear Wing (natural black fro both, of course), tinted fogs, tinted stock taillights, Wrinkle black finish trunk panel, 2010 GT 500-style wheels w/ Nitto NT-555R 255-45-18 front, 285-40-18 rear.

I get my 06 GT in two weeks and have already purchased a few parts for it (Exhaust being one) and what you said couldn't be more true. I'm already wanting and shopping for more parts when the ones I just ordered DIDN'T EVEN ARRIVE YET! Heck, MY CAR didn't even arrive yet. I'm addicted.
I have an 07 convertible. I got my wheels and break system from an 08 GT500. I currently have 255s on the front and 285s on the back. Got the smaller antenna, entire body kit that moves the license plate from the back bumper up to the replace the GT emblem on the trunk hood, and front end mod similar to yours, including the honey comb grill and closer fog lights. I have long tube headers, high flow (useless but needed for inspection) cats and mag flow mufflers. I have roush lowering springs as well.

I am the owner of a 2008 S197 BULLITT - which is almost in the factory original condition. Only the antenna (wiggle wiggle) has been changed, as well as window tint and 1 inch wheelspacers. I also have planned to replace the Shaker 500 because the CD6 changer always makes problems. *Kind regards from Germany :-))* We're watching all of your great videos!
Wow I love the Bullitt Mustang so much. As a matter or fact I just saw one today haha thats awesome. Those wheels spacers will add that extra aggressive stance for your stang and with that new speaker system, you are going to be owning the streets

i passed on a Gt with the GT500 fiberglass hood because i did not like it. the sales guy was all WHAAAA? its only easier to sell to the person wanting the mods. The Gt i did get has $4,000 22 inch wheels that was also selling point. im getting the car at blue book and no they didnt add $4k to the price for those wheels, good thing because i fully plan to get rid of them. i liked the rest of the car despite the wheels

I don’t know what you got under the hood, but as an American Muscle fan my self for my 06 S-197, I highly recommend the S/R Performance cold air and Tornado forced air throttle body spacer, with ingnition coil and wires. Do a little at a time and adjust your spark plugs as you make adjustments.

Clean looking Stang bro. I picked up some 275 18s / 255 18s from American muscle for mine. The difference in not only handling, but the wide aggressive look is amazing.
I'll be getting some huncentric wheel spacers soon, with some fender flares. That'll really set it off on the unique scale.

Just bought a 05!! It’s a wreck!!!! Runs great. But needs cosmetic work. But I’ve got a pretty good start I think. It has a silver hood from a Junk yard. Along with a junkyard trunk for a v6 car it looks like. With all white body. Aftermarket vented fenders. A sequential tail lights.

"Lowering your car brings a better stance and driveability so you do get a lot of benefits from this" uhhhh. Lowering you car is the reason your chin spoiler scrapes, and it makes the car ride worse, the only benefit is the appearance of it.
Yes,So many people slam their mustangs or other cars to the ground and think that looks good.A proper mustang is supposed to be higher in the back and lower in the front so it looks like the back end is sticking up.That not only looks good but helps with a full throttle launch because the car drops a couple inches when you take off.

Only benefit you *might* get are on a track doing 200 miles an hour and let's be honest this guys mustang (or the typical stances import shitbox driven by a high schooler for that matter) isn't going to be going anywhere near that fast, and now it'll scrape everywhere and you get made fun of for it. Lots of other things you could do for the same amount of money to actually make the car faster. Instead of buying new lowered suspension you'd be far better off upgrading the engine or tires, exhuast system, hell you'd be better off putting a new radio/sound system in than lowering a car 😂

I'm not a Ford fan but around 19666 (I'm that old) a guy let me drive a rented Hertz Shelby Mustang. That's the reason I like Mustangs and I might get a 2005-2009 which I think is the best looking Mustang ever. Cops do not like tinted windows and someplaces it's not legal.
i just got an 09 and put on some american muscle rims that are copys of the cobra and i ahve them paird with 313/35 in back and 245/45 and it looks amazing

I have the deep dish Bullitt rims got 8.5” in the front and 11” in the rear. Looks great. The chrome stands out when it’s polished. I recommend them for sure. Keeps that good classic look

Don't do catback!!!! start off with axle back, then grab yourself a midpipe wither H pipe or X pipe and then if you really want to have the best setup go for long tube headers. Start from the back and work your way up to the engine. That is the way to go

I have Wheels off a 2017 mustang gt 5.0. They had a few pairs at my local ford dealer for $1,000 which isn't bad for a set of 4 with rims and tire. They were brand new off an undrove mustang they defiantly made my car look a look better. Only thing that sucks is they are bigger than my stock ones so it raised the height of my car so now i need to lower it just to get it back to stock stance.

I have a 2007 v-6 5 speed, but wanted to lose the 6 cylinder stigma, so I changed the rear center cap to a GT unit. I them got a Chrome kit. Many guys like the black out look, but a factory black car looks awesome with the chrome bumper kits, door handles, mirrors and taillights, just don't go to heavy and make it begin to look cheap. I also up graded the tail light to a sequential turn signal unit with also gave me sequential brake lights, so now the blinker does the 123 light up instead of all at once, plus for those guys who want something unique the brake light do the same thing (yes both sides at once). I am lucky as my car already had a dual exhaust set up back to one rear muffler, so that is my next change going to a true dual out the back. The worst upgrade I did was the lug nuts. I switched out the chrome/rusted lugs for some beautiful 'black chrome lugs and they quickly rusted off the covering. rather than spend money to replace them again I am going to find the black plastic snap over covers and recommendations there?
would also like to cover the disc brake caliper so it looks painted either black like the car or red to stand out, the original one works fine just looks rusted, I guess I could paint it, but a quick cover might be easy
Same size tire on front and back. But I am a country boy and that is how my 2006 Mustang Gt rolls.
ive got an 07 pony package v6. Performance wise ive put on accel super coil pack, street thunder ignition wires, upgraded my plugs to iridium. I tried a cai but it was leaking air out the maf and i didnt want to silicone it in so i settled for a drop in filter. Then ive got bbk tuned shorty headers and the flowmaster americn thunder axle back exhaust. Ive got 245's all around on the oem 17' wheels. I had an aluminum radiator but i was doing stuff one night bottomed tf out and ruined mr radiator so im back the oem one. I also removed my spare and rear seats, they literally dont way anything but it is what it is. Exterior wise ive got cdc chin spoiler, speedform lquarter louvers, speedform chrome door handle covers, and a chromed shorty antenna as well as a engine dress up kit. I also tinted my headlights and am currently debating between tinting my turnsignals or getting clear ones. Im looking into getting another cai and trying again but next month im either getting a cai or lower control arms(lower control arm= more ability to put the power to the wheels). Im leaning more towards the cai tho. rn i put out about 255 at the wheels. I weight about 3380 and run about a 6.4 0-60. A gt (from 05-09) i can give them a run for their money. Ive beaten a few but i cant tell if its stock or bad drivers that im beating. But no other 4.0 has beet me yet with my current setup. my ig is e_s197
I just purchased a convertible v6 mustang and I want to put ground effects on it and paint it black or red with silver glitter. I paid $4000 it and I want to make it look different from the prior user. Like give it my personal touch. I will put some Ricardo seats in it and TSW hockinghiems on it.
