    These are good budget meals for students and for ppl whose daily intake is not much. The air fryer on the other hand is a bit expensive for 3.5L. I bought a 4.5L LCD Air fryer for 1700 with shipping and u have the manual ones for cheaper. As a cooking tip, place baking foil at the bottom when cooking. This will not only reduce clean-up but can also use the seasoning juices that come out of the food.

      Calorie in - calorie out works only in a short time. See what happened to participants of the show “ The Biggest Losser”. Wonder walang reunion sila dahil nagsilakihan ulit naging malala pa.

      @@Pabango It will depend on how much will be the deficit. Large deficit could be detrimental to weight loss as it could result in the metabolism shutting down. For example, kung 800 calories lang ang icoconsume mo sa isang araw, siguradong hindi magiging sustainable for long term weight loss yan.

      @@藤村竜 in this traditional adviced all calories are equal therefore 350cal of muffins = 350cal of broccoli. In reality the body response differently in these calories.

      Pwede naman kung mattrack mo yung calories na naburn mo sa workout. Kaso need mo ng fitness watch? Kasi baka yung naburn mo e mabawi lang din sa kain hehe. Pwede mo naman i timing yung meals mo around your workouts.
