    Simple lang ang salad dressings ko. Balsamic vinegar, EVOO, MCT oil, Pink Himalayan salt at kaunting paminta.
    Hindi ko rin check ang micro/macro ng mga kinakain ko. No calorie restriction. Kain hanggang busog.

    Also we shouldn’t think so much of calorie restriction on keto. Calorie in calorie out is just plain wrong and not backed by science.

      Napanood ko nga po yung video mo tungkol dun. Haha medyo mahirap lang po kasi sundin yung low carb and keto diet dahil kanin at normal na ulam ang available sa amin palagi. Pero ngayon once a day nalang po ako nagrarice, conscious na rin sa mga kinakain at yun nga po IF. Thanks po sa time. Lagi ako nanonood ng mga videos mo.😊

      Hindi po. If you eat carbs, you will crave for food every couple hours. If you’re on keto, you can fast much longer since you won’t feel hungry.

    Daming bottled processed food with preservatives. And then some have sugar. You probably went beyond 20g carbs but then, no worries cuz you are so thin. You can eat whatever you like. I’m on clean and strict keto since I became healthier and my IBS and migraine as well as fibro are gone.

    Hello po, sana mapansin nyo po ako. Nagstart po akong magketo diet at IF last December po. Nafefeel ko po na naglose weight ako at saka nakikita ko po naman na may improvement sa katawan ko kaso lang yung sa weighing scale di po cya bumababa. Bumaba lng po cya from 75 to 70 kgs. Pero ngayon d na talaga cya bumaba. Ano po ba factors bat nagmaintain lng ang weight ko (though nafefeel ko naman na pumayat ako) at pano ko po ba ito masosolve. Sana masagot nyo po ako.       Same salad as mine. Pero ang sakin nilalagyan ko ng few slices of fresh pineapple at ang dressing ko lng ay pinch of salt and 2 lemonsitos in every big bowl of my salad. Masarap sya. Thats my breakfast after fasting.

      Matagal na akong di kumakain ng kanin. Naturally yong ulam niluto na inaasahan nating mga pinoy na ikakain natin sa kanin. Kaya karamihan pag kinain mo ang ulan na walang kanin medhyo maalat na sya ng kaunti. Kaya kong ikaw mismo nagluluto ng ulam mo medyo tabangan na ng kaunti.
