Thank you for these valuable learnings, Dr. Amen and Tana. Got these useful tips:
Spend 20 mins with a child
    Kara's game
    Organic food
    Grapes
    Blueberry
    Glucose monitor
    Relapse with sugar spikes
    More impulsive
    Bond
    Willingeness to listen
What do you wanted most with your mom or dad?
    Time
    Investment
    Read bible stories
    Library
    Who moved my cheese
7 habits of highly effective people
    Cards
    Play therapy
    Drawing pictures
    Unveil their internal lives
    Respond with that you hear
Not respond with what you think
When people feel heard, it increases the bond
Entitled people can never be happy
    Give chores, get a job
    They become competent
    Creating a monster
    "I'm bored"
    Oh
    Give them back the problem
    With your supervision
We don't do nice things for people who do not treat us with respect and neither should we

I wish I had known and learned these from my own parents and had utilized these practices with my own children. Unfortunately the severe and horrific childhood abuse traumas and neglect and then marrying, twice, to abusive spouses who were alcoholics, I am just now learning the things I wanted with my family. I'd like to implement with my last one at home, a beautiful daughter whom I adopted and want to make a difference in her life.
    THANK YOU

Excellent points…I would add feed them healthy food / no ultra processed food. I think the points you raise are challenging to execute but are within your control as parent. Though we have succeeded about 95% of the time we have found the marketing, convenience, prevalence and cost of UPFs a real challenge - especially when they go to school. Hopefully the UK government will act in my lifetime.

The radiation part of the brain scans is scary. Any suggestions for rationalizing this?
My dad taught me to saw, hammer, and to soap screws before screwing them into wood, and to bolt bolts... He showed me how to use a manual drill (not electric). He didn't let me change electrical outlets or switches; he didn't let me do plumbing, but he let me watch!

The man didn’t seem authentic. Many of the things he said you could tell he had said them so many times.. felt rehearsed …Especially the personal story stuff🤨. I admire his work and know he’s intelligent, but not his best interview.
