Wow. This was a total burner. Those pulse moves! Loved the floating deadlift, row, knee up, overhead triceps move. The balance challenge is so awesome.
Adding in the ball is brilliant. Needed a break from heavy lifting today and this was perfect. Loving your Pilates and Barre workouts to mix it up. Thanks!
Loved this pilates workout and if flew by! The overhead triceps extension with SL deadlift combo moved was a beast for challenging my balance. I need to do that more often on its own. 😊

I'm in my second trimester and have been following the second trimester playlist (on my second time though). I was wanting something different and this looked like a great way to mix things up on a rainy Friday when all I wanted to do was sit on the couch and sip a cup of coffee! I had to change things up to accommodate my baby belly and by the end things were getting a bit too much for me, but it was nice to challenge myself in a different way. Thank you for putting all these workouts out there!
I actually loved this Pilates class! I’m not a huge fan of the Pilates or barre style. I prefer strength and using heavier weights, but this one was so challenging and I could really feel the burn. It was so fun too with all the new moves! I’m liking this Pilates barre challenge more than I thought I would!

Love, love, love it!! ❤ I was wearing ankle weights as well, and girl… this is a completely different world!! I didn’t have a squishy ball, but I used an old, deflated soccer ball I found and worked pretty well! Thank you for your creativity in this program. Every training with you I absolutely love and my husband recently is working with us (me, you and Rachel) from time to time 😄 at first, he was implementing some of the exercises into his training (like skull crushers) that he saw me working with you, but with time I’ve convinced him to work with us 😄 thank you once again! 💐
This was perfect for today. Didn't feel like a heavy weights workout and wanted to ease into movements without too much jumping around. Will definitely be doing this again. I hope there are more like this. Liked using the ankle weights and ball.

I love the challenge of a good pilates class! I've been working out with you for about two years and have been focused on lifting heavy weights (yay!) but I love a good pialtes/barre class! They're sneaky tough!

When I did this work out 2 month ago I was shaking Holly Molly, but when I did this again today I felt I am stronger and did way better. Done ✅ day 2 Tuesday Pilates with 9833 steps.
Wasn't sure I'd like this, but it was lots of fun! I think my favorite move was the sumo squat. I did loose count on how many taps during the single leg/ tricpe, row/lift move 😂😂. So just did 20 extra push ups and called it a day. 😂 . Another one I'll come back to
A short foam roller works for most of the moves, too (it fell out during the combo hamstring curl & stamp and I skipped it under my back for the end of the core portion, but everything else went well!). 😉
