This is my favorite Pilates workout so far!! Dripping sweat!! Was a struggle for me as my vertigo is back, but I made it through. I’ll definitely repeat this one once my vertigo calms down. ❤🔥😅
The barre class pumped me up so much that I did this one right after, I've never sweat so much🤣 and the shakkkkes, omg love the shakes. Also can we talk about Rachel’s growth. I’ve been doing NML for a few years and I love this more confident, more extroverted Rachel. Beautiful personality- both of you 💚💚
Hayyyy! This was most excellent and I really think you should do one of these a week…make it a rotation staple! I can’t do your other workouts now…😢😢😢…Pilates and swimming are what I can do and light weights! I got my sweat on,as usual, with your workouts!

I loved the tripod push-up series!! I’ve been repeating Build30 & yesterday was day6. It’s funny how I used 20 lbs for push/press and today my 10 lbs felt SO HARD! I love the variety of your workouts!!

Wow what a challenge! Not sure where my balance was today but I owed myself a lot of pushups for all the taps I took 😂 looking forward to coming back to this one to do better!
I admit that I'm not usually thrilled for pilates, but I LOVED this one! It's definitely going to be one of my go-to work outs! Creative, fun, a good sweat, and feeling the burn!
Loved all of the combo moves to keep this Pilates workout interesting and powerful! I usually prefer going for a certain amount of time for each move but it was fun to mix it up today and listen to your count. Seemed to fly by!
Look for further ! Want strength balance and poise ? This is It. Loved the challenge of maintaining appropriate form in this one. It meant humbly stepping down to an 8 or 7 lb for some moves but confidently knowing I was on point ! Thank Ladies ❤

I loved this! Just got back from a 2 week vacation where I was doing all body weight and resistance bands…this was a great way to get back to it on a Monday and with starting back lightly into weights. Thank you!
Followed this work out as the official first I followed here at NML. I mean wow! I kind of wish it was a a tad slower because it felt that I spent some time needing to catch up with the moves instead of actually being able to do the moves. It was definitely POWER Pilates.
This was perfect for what my body was needing today!! Also surprised how death I was even right before the little cardio push. I also added a little high knees and star jumps and bump kicks for a little more getting loose and creating some endorphins. 😃

I'm a total newbie at this. I'm like a couch potato level beginner. I started my fitness journey today and let me tell you, after just 7 minutes of following your video, I thought I was dying 😂. But you know what? That means it works, right? I'm so pumped to keep doing this workout! 💃🏻
Any suggestions? I still struggle incorporating my tretinoin. I just flake so bad even with moisturizer, I try only 2-3 nights every other etc? Love watching your videos ❤
