    I do this workout every week, love it. I stood on weights doing squats and deadlifts. I add them when I can .

    This was the toughest leg day yet! Loved it! I didn’t need power, all strength had me sweating!! That and heavy weights!! Felt like a day in the gym!! Thank goodness for Rachel encouraging all the way!!! ❤🔥

    i love your workouts because I dont feel like im competing against anyone to get a certain look, have a perfect outfit or perfect hair like i do when doing other youtube workouts, you are so natural, so healthy, happy fit and real and your wokrouts rock, you have the most positive attitude and im always uplifted when I get back into NML

    My legs are JELLO. This is my absolute favorite leg workout ever! I love the 3 set format so much. I tried the foot elevated moves for the first time successfully with a chair nearby and my fingers lightly touching it for support and that was FIRE. You guys have the best content and are so motivating. Thank you, NML team !

    Amazing! This workout reminded me of my old days at the gym, lifting and taking hours to complete a workout. It's just as hard but half the time! I love it.

    This IS by FAR my favorite format!!! I love repetitions, I'm trying to build lean muscle, and I used to be a gym goer before 2020. Please do more like THIS!!! I love the timing also!!

    LOVED the slow and heavy!! The single leg deadlifts with one leg elevated were my fav. Those killed. Legs haven’t been this shakey in a while.

    this was tough in the best way possible ! If there are more foot elevated moves in the future I would love tips on stance because I was so unsure of my form for those

    This is my favourite leg workout! Just completed it this morning and I love the incorporation of single leg movements isolating one side of the body. I also love incorporation of those isometric moves....I never knew 20 seconds could be so long! I have been doing your workouts for 3 years now since the initial COVID lockdown down in March 2020! Thank you for continuing to challenge me! Just fantastic and just loved it! It will be going into my workout rotation to work my lower body. It is just as spicy as your pyramid workouts!

    What a workout... I never thought the 3rd set would come!! But then, before I knew it, we were stretching! So, like you ladies said, it was probably a 5 during the workout but 4 when it was all done. I liked this one because of all the options for modifications that you were able to show us. Thanks, ladies!

    I haven’t done the original and this is my first time doing this one but I loved it! Took me back to my pre-injury heavy lifting days in the gym. Definitely going to be feeling this one tomorrow.

    Awesome workout! I really liked the format. I ws able to get in one set this morning before work and it didn't fry out my legs for my afternoon run. I finished the last two sets this evening and HOLY BANANAS! Love it! The hardest exercise- third set of glut bridges when my Wheaten Terrier was "coaching" me with puppy kisses on my face!🐶
