How can your weight could lose after eating a lot of food? I'm interested. I am a man aged 26 from Malaysia and my weight is 43.6 kg(my height is 158.5 cm) and as I wish to lose weight as I'm feeling fat, I only eat 2 times a day with only a piece of idli on breakfast and some vegetables on dinner, but I still couldn't lose weight and many people are telling that I'm fat😢

@@selvaratnammarimuthu5070 I highly suggest for you to do some form of resistance training. Having more muscle mass will increase your base metabolic rate and will help you lose fat, look better and feel more confident.
Since you’re currently at 43.6kg, I don’t recommend for you to do any form of weight loss as it can have negative health impacts at this current moment. I highly recommend going to the gym at least 2-3 times a week for now.
Can maintain what you’re eating for now, as you slowly build the habit of going to the gym, naturally you’ll eat more, at that point slowly transition to having more protein. I don’t recommend doing any extreme diet or exercise program changes as it may not be sustainable long term. Slow and steady is the way to go to build sustainable habits.

So you decided to eat American fast food as a standard diet? No soul food, cajun, etc? Literally no one eats like this. I Guess we’re simultaneously avocado toast eating quinoa healthnuts and also ONLY eat mcdonalds.
Now if an American made this about your cuisine and used really offensive foods or saying the standard diet doesnt have xyz cus most of the country is a famine youd tell me to turn the tv off right.

Was following facts I could find. So what are some examples of how Americans actually eat? I'd actually love to know to be more educated on the matter. Also, our cuisine in Malaysia is the epitome of gluttony, and people actually do come here and make content in the way you have describe about our food.

@@kevinharris1995 and you should absolutely speak on that. Malaysian food is delicious (esp Malaysian lobak, I get that atleast once a week). The world would be such a better place if we could all respect each other. And honestly the best thing i would suggest is watching actual americans do what i eat in a days (pls not amberlynn reid💀).

Exactly, people from other countries can be as ignorant as they want to be about Americans and we can't say anything. If we even dared do this to other countries we would be demonized, called stupid, and not well traveled. The average American doesn't stuff ourselves full of fast food or food in general. We actually eat home cooked meals. Also, the U.S. consists of people from all over the world so American food doesn't necessary equal= McDonalds and the like as some non Americans think. American food can be any cuisine. The constant American slander on the internet just shows the double standard that the world has against Americans and that the countries that claim to be smarter than Americans perhaps don't know as much as they think they know about the U.S.

@@kevinharris1995 Sometimes we eat the same things that you eat as Americans consisted of ethnicities from all over the world.

@@TeachersPet-no9fh Agreed, but I always forget how large the population of America is so when all these random facts come in about how Americans eat, it doesn't reflect the entire population.

this is a weird stereo typical view of an "american meal" which really doesn't actually touch the average meal for americans, as america is a melting pot of cultures and foods due to the number of different cultures from immigration and heritage within america. It would be like saying all you eat it is apam balik and roti, when there are numerous different regions and staples for meals within those regions. There's a far more expansive menu obviously but it feels you went for click bait here instead of going beyond numbers and average statistics to actually learn what is an "average meal" for an american. It really goes to show, that you actually do not know what you were doing and you research was subpar at best. Kinda off putting to your channel if that's the "best" research you do. Or better yet, maybe actually travel and learn about it yourself? instead of doing sub par online searches?

    • @kevinharris1995

Yeah sure there’s a lot of different foods, I know, I’ve tried them. I lived there for 5 years and I still regularly go. But on a day to day basis, not many are going to eat all the varieties. Not everyone eats Roti and Apam balik yes, I agree, but if majority eats that way, which by the way many do since it’s cheap, the statistics tend to reflect that.
I understand that based on your personal views and experience why you’d feel that not everyone eats that way, and I understand. You’re right, but you’re not the majority. Neither am I when it comes to many diets. This only serves as a representation of the statistics.
