Eat my diet
Breakfast: boiled eggs, toast, milk
Snack: apples, 1 piece of candy
Lunch: rice, salmon, eggs, orange juice
Snack 2: 2 apples, gum
Dinner: egg fry rice, shrimp, beef
Thats all you eat for the whole day ? Thats Not much i used to eat for lunch or breakfeast sometimes 3-5 Burgers then Chips then Cookies and so on

@@Toxamine he has done so many of them! I give him a lot credit 95% of those challenges are extremely difficult
@TSNMLitoFightingGamesPassion I agree with you. I've been watching his other videos too (plus a shorts video that I encountered). A lot of challenges that he did are not easy. It takes a lot of practice and trail error to where he manage to beat the challenges that he did, but also still humbled even some challenges didn't worked out or failed. Overall, I really respect this man for doing the challenges that he did, along of other creators that I'd encountered even that isn't food related. Plus, I admired the people that I'd watched make videos that is very creative. That is what I like about of the content creators that I watched.

Oh boy.. when he ate the burgers with the peanut butter brought me flashbacks of when I was younger. I had peanut butter, jam and a beef patty as my burger. I fully regretted my decision and I also found a strand of hair in my burger 😢
A good challenge would be going into whatever the biggest most popular bakery in your area and eat a piece of everything in the bakery, pies, cakes, pastries, cookies, breads etc.
Do you people realize how much you must work out to consistently do these challenges and now gain weight? Respect
