Just want to thank you for creating this video. The beginning code you shared and using the kobra profile on this particular model makes a huge difference to the quality of the prints. Having it run that line in the beginning is a game changer .. why wouldn't they just include this by default

Hello, odd question here. We just got our Anycubic Kobra today (thank you for this video btw). When I moved the bed manually today to test the tension, I noticed there was a "bump" in the middle. Kinda like something made it stop in the middle, kinda like a speed bump - so to speak. I thought it was odd. I then printed the sample owl, it came out nice except for a small ring on its chest towards the feet and the "ear" came out funky. Also the printer made like a uh... grind sound when it was finishing the model. I'm a bit concerned.

Mine has the same bump towards the middle when moving the bed. I'm not sure what it is either.

Maybe you should weaken some of the bed screws, and check if your bed is stable after that

Hi . Loosen the eccentric nuts and see if it frees up as they may be too tight . Mine also makes a grind sound when finished. It’s as if it’s moving to far back when the print ends

Did you need to change your filament flow or retraction settings for the direct extruder?

Did you need to tighten bed or anything after unboxing your Anycubic kobra? My bed has slight play in it. Do I need to tighten it? Manual didn't state anything about how. I have only been successful at printing the owl 4 times which turnedout well. But Everything else has failed unfortunately. Please help because I'm at my witts end and about to return this Printer

Yes, tighten the bed. I've gotten 4 Kobras so far, and one had a wobbly bed. The instructions for how to adjust the roller knobs is in the instructions that came with it.

I went over all the factory bolts and checked them . It’s also good to check again periodically
