Thanks for sharing. I guess so, if the capacitor is good, then it is pretty much due to the fuse. I am gonna replace the fuse and test!
atelier- danny it could be the fuse, you can check the fuse with a multimeter if you have one or just solder a cable across and it should work else see what could be backed out or burned. Send pics and i can help you
hello, I have a problem with my 360 Elite where the PSU light stays orange and when pressing the power button, it goes green then turns off after about 3 seconds. what could be the issue? it was working fine just a few weeks ago

Hello, I have an issue where my console powers on for up to 3 mins then it just cuts out and the power supply light goes out completely. If I unplug and replug the power supply the yellow light won't come back on unless I leave it for a minute or 2. Any idea what it is? Thanks.

regarding your question: when we get this issue in the store 90% of the time its a bad /Weak power supply , purchase a new one from amazon and test if still does the same thing then return he PSU :P

@@uFixTek I got a new PSU it works! So glad it's not the console. The only issue is the PSU is so dam loud. I wonder if I can replace the components of my old one to get it working again? Thanks. Putting the PSU on it's side makes it much more quite will this be ok?
@@uFixTek I just bought a 2nd hand official PSU and I'll keep this one as a spare. Don't trust it feels so cheap and the fan is so loud lol
Hello I tried to pull off the rubber feet and it snapped from the case :(, under it a pie e of plástic. Its like it does not have screws
remove that plastic cup and the screw is under that :P you didnt press hard enough to poke the plastic
You were right. I had to poke deeper. Clean & shiny now. Thank you!

Hi,my power suply light turns on for one second when i plug the cable & then it's off , & the problem isn't in the fuse nor the capacitor , so ...what seems to be the problem please

regarding your question: you may have a bad transistor (the one attached to the heatsink), i will make a note and make a video on how to check and replace a bad transistor.

my pleasure i will try my best to get on it fast. can you send me a picture of inside of the charge that you have because every charger is different built depending the time and disposable component at manufacture, the charger could be the same exact model but inside they could be very different, as for the same reason above, if the fabrication ran out of some components they change to backup diagram.

Hello I have problem with 360elite 3 dead rings but nothing rumor from fans
they have a bit different components.

I have a 5 volt output but no 12 volt.
DC volts at large capacitor.

12v wont be present unless the consoles send the signal back to activate the 12v

Actually I was looking for a 12 volt or more 15 amps to drive a lm317 and 3055s for a 12 volt dc motor weighing one lb/scooter type.
It is turning a large acrylic disc at 900 rpm
why don't you get a any cheap PC power supply they have capacity for a high amp and 5v 12v and 3v out puts

Yes I have a pc power supply but need it for old pc for windows paint.
I still am to use 317 and 3055 to drive motor with this.
The motor is to be on for a few hours at a time so I wonder what makes less motor heat, pulse or variable voltage.

use a small flat screw driver and press on the screw head

ACHTUNG! there is A LOT of juice in this Motherfu****. Remember to short the capacitors first. Or use glowes ;) RIP my finger
There should be no Charge on those caps, because of the LED light it will discharge it, unless you plunged it in and touched it without waiting 5min or so. else ya you need to discharge them. thank you for the support and your feedback.
