    Uhhh how is no one commenting on the triceps push-ups?! Juliana you make them look so easy, I fell straight on my face! 😂 I’ll have to repeat this yoga class to improve on that

      I’ll comment! Those tricep push-ups are one of the most challenging things for me to do. I could hardly do 1 less than 3 months ago. I’ve been doing Boho Beautiful daily and I’m currently on day 81 (doing 100 days of Yoga). I can NOW do 4 in a row. It felt like the hugest accomplishment for me. Try doing one with good form (even daily) and I promise you will get there!

      I can’t do those either I drop to my knees and do them and still find it challenging , however slowly my body is getting stronger and hopefully one day I’ll keep my knees lifted, 😀

    No matter where I got to today, this is where I am supposed to be.
    Thank you this phrase has gotten me through this horrible rehab where I thought ‘I will never be normal again’” to “I think I’ll be ok”. I cry every day but now it’s hope instead of fear. Thank you.

    I love her because even a live session (voice in) she still so smooth and percise, she doesnt stop the flow to speak something unrelate or unnecessary, and its always so relax and satisfied flowing with her

    I LOVE this 10 minute flow. I’ve been doing it for about 3 years and I find it engaging every time. It’s wonderful for a quick energy pick me up it’s also very centering and grounding. Thank you!

    This was just the challenge I needed. I couldn't go for more than 10 minutes, is what I mean. But I'll be back. I want to flow through it as easily as you do. (Plus, my locs look full and luscious after! All that sweat plumps them up! What a bonus reason to return.)

    Didn't have time for my normal 20 minute flow and this was such a fantastic alternative! Hit so many great poses as well as generated beautiful heat.

    This was a favorite. Getting back into yoga and you are always my go to. I agree with others...love that you kept your humility with the table! Makes your level achievable to us! Also, love the warrior 3 squat series and the tricep hinges! Thank you!
