  • Join Polly Caprio in this special Parkinson's-symptom-targeted standing Cardio & Cognition class, focused on helping you improve range of motion, strength, and agility, all while working your brain! For this class, Polly will be using a set of light weights, but if you don't have any on hand you can substitute any small set of objects that you have around your house!

    Hi Polly and Cooper! Great workout! Challenging but doable! I really liked the format of range of motion exercise, strength/patttern exercise, and speed exercise. I felt I worked a bit of everything that I need to address for my Parkinson's symptoms. Thanks for all your work and creativity! For me, variety is what keeps me interested and willing to work out, so I appreciate all the PFP trainers efforts continue mixing it up to challenge us! Give Cooper a good belly rub for me! BTW! I really like the new workoout area seems so much more spacious!

We aren't sure quite how Polly keeps coming up with new content, but she is a superhero and continues to make each class so much fun for us all!! Our new office is indeed so spacious - we could do cartwheels in it if we wanted to, haha!!

    Home run Polly. The standing and vigourous ones are the best. This was well balanced, just the right length and easy to follow. Only other comment is pls do come up with more of same. And of course, regards to Cooper.

    Gillian from a very wet Edinburgh. I really like the standing exercises. Classes such as this one are much more my style. I've had PD for 10 years now and I truly believe exercises that push you have been the reason for keeping my symptoms under control. Keep up the good work.

    I loved everything about this class today, Polly (just for a change haha!).
    Really feeling quite energised and motivated now and ready to start a new day 😁
    I particularly enjoy it when you add the brain activities into the mix, whilst working out at the same time, even though today I struggled with the challenge of counting up in 3s, starting at 1 - I must try practicing these more 😬
    I also found the leg exercises (using the hand weights at the same time) and leg lunges really challenging because of my balance issues. Saying that, I do thoroughly enjoy these challenging leg stretches as it makes me practice more, which helps me in the longer term ☺️
    Another great Session - thank you Polly, Cooper and PfP for, yet again, always making these classes interesting and fun! Amanda 🩷

    Hello again Polly! This is my second exercise today with you. The exercises were very good. My performance was not good. I will repeat it probably more often.

    Thank you I try to follow one of your programs every morning I feel rather lonely as I do not have friends with PD. My doktor and medicin is OK but they are in Uppsala and I live in Bålsta Sweden that is Why I like Power for Parkinson so much

    thank you so much for this. Initially, my speed at the speed exercises was a little too slow but it picked up as I continued. Great for brain and coordination, too!
