Good morning PFP team ☀️ in Portugal it's 7:35 am and I started my training at 6am with Polly. Thanks Polly for getting me moving!! I need specific classes for when I get up in the morning, like stretching, but short classes, because I'm always in a hurry... Can you help me please?
Hi Dulce!! Yes we can definitely add some more shorter classes into our library!! Debbie's strength & balance classes are now much shorter - about 20mins so perhaps they would be a good fit for you in the mornings?
