  • 12 Minute "LOCOMOTION" Workout for Parkinson's Symptoms
    This fun workout was filmed for a special World Parkinson's Day celebration we held in Austin, Texas, on April 11th, 2024. We brought participants and caregivers together to experience a medley with 5 of our amazing PFP instructors. You can get a glimpse of what we do in person every day to prepare to film our TH-cam videos with our local Parkinson's community.
    For this workout, we used a drumstick, but you can be creative at home. Try a soup spoon, spatula, a towel, umbrella or anything else you feel you can use safely. The prop will help you exaggerate your movement.
