Hi Azam!! Great to hear from you and thank you for sharing a bit about yourself. We are so glad that you are exercising to support yourself and hope that you continue to join us for class!!
Hi I'm Ruth and I live in northern Ireland.ive had Parkinson's for almost 8 years and I love your exercise programme.i try to do it at least twice a week.
Hi Ruth, thanks so much for checking in. We are thrilled to know that you are joining us from Ireland a few times a week. Thank you for being a part of our community!!
Hi Polly. A great session on a Friday for us. Using the cloth worked well. It is another thing for Paula to think about and therefore added another challenge. We love doing the counting and spelling out loud as well. Always good to get the brain doing a number of things at once. Have a great weekend. Paula and Jon
Hi Paula and Jon!! We are so glad you enjoyed this class and got a lot out of it. The added brain challenges are so much FUN right?! We hope you have a great weekend as well :)
Thank you, Paula + Jon, for working out with us and for your comment! We appreciate it very much and are glad to know we are including some exercises that might be especially helpful and/or challenging and fun! Hope you have a good week!
Hi Polli, thank you for your exciting class. I loved the exercises though I couldn’t do them at faster pace. So I am going to try again today. I live in Perth, Western Australia and we are 12hrs ahead of you. I managed to do the live exercise. I am more relaxed at late nights. So it workout well for me to do the PFP exercises 11pm or 12am. Thank you again for your exercise classes.
Hi Grace!! It's great to know that you are enjoying exercising with us all the way from Perth!! Wow, it is very impressive that you are exercising so late and we hope these classes leave you feeling great!!
Hello Grace, thank you for your comment.. we do hope the workout was better for you when you went through it a second time!! Thank you for joining us from Perth, Australia-we appreciate your comment very much! Have a good week!
Hello again Polly, Cooper and all at PfP! This class was another really great all-rounder for me and I got right back into the swing of things by working out from a sitting position, which I needed. Parts that I really enjoyed today were the right and left exercises, whilst using the scarf, particularly the range of motion exercises; I found these both interesting and fun too. I also loved those exercises while counting, as well as spelling out words both forwards and backwards both challenging and enjoyable too. These exercises really got my heart rate up too, so that was a real bonus! I also enjoyed and took part in the standing and co-ordination arm exercises - note to self to practise these more! Haha I’m always so impressed at how you manage to come up with all the different routines Polly - always keeping it varied, interesting and challenging at the same time. You really do a great job of encouraging us all to keep going with both a smile on your face and with enthusiasm! Warm regards to you Polly and every one at PfP. Keep up the great work you all do, Amanda x Ps Was great to see Cooper being his enthusiastic self again 😂 - please give him a big hug from me x
Hey Amanda, We always love hearing from you and thank you for your lovely comment!! We are so glad that you enjoyed this class so much and that it really got your HR up!! It had a lot of different elements in it and it sounds like you embraced all of them!! Sending you lots of positive energy Amanda and cheering you on always!!
Nice workout with most exercises seated but some with the option to stand. I love the coordination exercises although I have to pause them and repeat them to make sure I am doing them correctly... good practice. I always enjoy exercising to music, too. Thank you! Linda (from San Diego) Give a hug to Cooper... what a good boy!
Hi there Linda!! Thanks so much for sharing your experiences with us and good on you for repeating the exercises until you get the hang of the coordination patterns - that's great!!
Hi Linda from San Diego!!! Thank you for your comment about the coordination exercises-they are indeed challenging and sometimes take some practice before mastering and that’s a good thing for neuroplasticity! Cooper says thank you for the hug---he wagged his tail for you to wish you a good week!!
Thanks, Polly and Cooper! The coordination exercises were very challenging but still fun. The scarf was a good variation. I'm happy that I was able to do the last part standing. Definite progress for me.
Carolyn, we are so happy to know you were able to do the standing part at the end-and the coordination exercises are supposed to be challenging so that is spot on also!! Thanks for letting us know these things-so helpful to us as we continue to plan future workouts!💕💕💕
Namaste Polly! Love you sessions. May be you can add some special exercises for the left side of the body. It is my weak side practically forever. I hope I'm not asking too much.
Enjoyable and beneficial Polly. The patterns do take a number of tries before we can get them right. Wrong hand goes up or across or feet get confused. But it soon runs smoothly. Also liked the behind the scenes tour. I always wondered where Cooper goes when he leaves your side. A good walk is always good for a handsome dog.🐕🦺
HI Marcel!! Thanks so much for your comment and we sure do agree, the patterns take a while to get the hang of..but gosh it feels good when you do right?! We're glad you enjoyed the behind the scenes tour as well - that's awesome :)
Marcel, thank you for your comment. Yes, the coordination exercises are learning-based challenges combined with movement. Sometimes tricky to learn but satisfying when mastered and eventually maybe even easy! Keep up the good work-and Cooper is pleased that you mentioned him AND called him handsome!😎
High speed and challenging. Thanks to Cooper for giving us a tour of your new digs. Fun to see the space and Nina exercising along with Polly. Do people stop at your big windows to watch? Thanks and happy June.
Haha!! People passing by can't see into our office windows but we are sure they would join in the PFP exercise fun if they could!! Thanks for joining us friends!!
Thank you so much for sharing your experiences Rama. We are sure that you gave this class everything you've got and encourage you to revisit it when you get a chance. Our participants often find that working on the one class several times really helps with mastering it. So perhaps it won't seem quite so fast the second time you try it?!
Thank you for your comment--it is helpful for us to know how it went for you doing these exercises at home…hopefully with more practice you will notice progress. And remember it is ok to do the exercises slower--even adjust the playback speed to a slower pace might help. We are glad you had fun. We wish you a lovely week!
I've been enjoying your videos so much that I ofen do three vides in row and that makes me really tired, the most poweful remedy for falling sleep fast at night. I have a request, Can you include a trampline in your exercises. I have been doing it since I was recommended by my PD friend of more than 10 years. I heard some doctors say feeling vetical G shock is good for the brain and the movement helps the fluid to travel faster, thereby washing or cleaning the brain of unwanted thigns like amyloid B , so called trash protein that caues the nervous cells to die, making them unable to produce dopamine, There is medicine now for that purpose, But if walking and jumping on a tramolin helps, it is even better than taking medicines, Because it is so much fun! I know there are many videos using tr amoline but I wish there were especially made those for those with Parkinsons'. Please consider it. Thank you, Polly and Cooper!
Hi friend, thanks so much for joining us and for your comment. We really appreciate your sharing your experiences with us and are glad that you are enjoying our classes :) Your trampoline work sounds great, we are so glad that you are having fun with it!!

I loved the last part of the exercise workout with the music. It made me feel like I was doing Zumba. I used to do Zumba all the time.
Oh that sounds fun Laura!! We are so glad this class reminded you of doing Zumba!! It is so much fun to exercise with music isn't it!!
Thanks Polly and Cooper! Managed to cover almost all my weak areas...what fun!
