@felisa3558 for me i see effects really, really quick. I went for about < to a week and i'd seen a noticeable difference. But note that i also do wall squats at any given time if i feel like it and i also jump rope
Sehr gutes Übungsvideo. Was mir persönlich allerdings ein bisschen Zuviel ist, sind die beiden letzten Hüpfübungen. Ein Mal hüpfen war ja schon, und die Übungen verbunden mit der Hocke nehme ich auf jedem Fall noch mit. Dann reichst aber wirklich- schließlich ist bei mir ja auch noch Laufen mit auf- und abwärmen. Aber für die ganz Motivierten ist das ganze Video sicher super gut.
