Everybody wants to talk about the toxic work culture, but nobody wants to take the action.

I had a toxic coworker have a heated argument with the boss, throwing other coworkers under the bus. Thing is we didn't have anything to do with her in terms of her schedule and working conditions (she has reasonable accommodation). Well the boss was sacked three weeks later... I went wait what!!!!

Note that it's woman-on-woman bullying and competition that is demonstrated in this video....

It is a common occurrence, but that's not to say that people from different backgrounds and identities can't be victims or perpetrators too. Thanks for your comment!

This is one of the better Plotagon cartoons that I've seen.

Thank you for your comment! I find that Plotagon is an excellent program to render quick animations for those who do not have strong animation skills or are in the steps of learning animation. 🙂

Many times people don't realize they don't hate the job as much as the environment. Great graphics by the way. But either way . . . .There are many gurus who tell you that you shouldn't hate what you do. But does hating your job actually hurt your other planes in the physical, emotional and spiritual realm? As I told my own subscribers--yes it does. If you despise going to work that is eight hours of your day you are unhappy. Plus the getting up in the morning for it and getting back home is another two hours. Which would mean most of your day, most days of the week, most of your life--you hate doing what you do. This will affect the emotional plane and lead to the midlife crisis earlier than expected. It will drain your energy and then guess what? You stop taking care of your physical plane as well. Then your spiritual plane will fail as you see yourself as just another insignificant cog in the universe. So if that life in the high suburbs is destroying your planes my suggestion is to either laterally change careers or downsize so you can at least be content in what you do---most of your time. Hope this helps someone out there---Charles

Yes many bosses / coworkers / clients
are full.of sacristic talks and fully of toxicity inside them..
Which makes people go away from them...
Don't be sacristic to people based on there past life
It show the person cheap characters if some one always sacristic to other person bullying him or her based on past.
    Sign of dirty humans .
Not good work places with such sacristic bosses people around

In most cases, when the harassment isn't sever but is constant, that can create a problem for the victim, especially if the perpetrator goes unpunished. Everyone is different and each one of us have our limits to what we will and will not tolerate.

Well, you're assume those employers even really care. I worked for one of those places, door distributor in Medley, Florida, total toxicity from the top on down. Office queen who spread rumors, openly hostile to those she didn't like, those who wouldn't kiss her ass. Did her act right in front of management with their blessing.
