    I just have to hop on the appreciation wagon, and tell you that no meditation or ambient sounds video has ever made me fall asleep. And I’ve tried it so many times. Rain sounds used to help me calm down, but it still took 30-40 minutes and it did not work every night even though I went through my own breathing excercises. I never get to listen through your videos at night, and fall asleep within 15 minutes. It’s actually amazing. So thank you so so much for helping me with my overall health by helping me fall asleep these past two-three weeks, and for a long time to come🙏

    In this one and a coyple others, you have us focus on one side of the body and the opposite hemisphere of the brain. I always find this to be meaningful and restorative. It is one things I remembered when I woke up and couldn't fall asleep again but didn't want to get light into my eyes from my phone.
