    I'm in my 70's, recovering from Spinal Fusion Surgery. For six weeks I thought I would never feel normal again. All the drugs completely depleted my system. Then I had a bit of energy and sought out Yoga Nidra TH-cams. I completely love your videos, Ally! Your voice and direction have been balm to my soul, is restoring my energy, and is contributing to my physical healing. Thank you so much!

    I’ve been doing your ten minute sessions in the morning and loving the boost of energy they give me, but this longer one allowed me to go deeper and unexpectedly made me cry at the end. I think it loosened up some sadness I’ve been holding onto for a long time. Thank you for this gift.

    Hi, i´m a 64 year old englisch woman living outside Munich. Lately i´ve been having difficulty falling asleep and also heard about Nidra Yoga from an Andrew Huberman interview. I looked at what was available online and chose your Nidra because i liked the sound of your voice. I've tried different sleep aids before, but wanted something that was energy replenishing without actually falling asleep. Well, i just used this Nidra and thought it was great. I definitely feel calmer and rested. I will be trying more of your Nidras and Yoga. Thank you so much:) Namaste:)

    Omg you are really doing beautiful stuff here. I have a TBI and after 4 years, I’m finally dealing with the fact that I will have some of these symptoms forever. I get tired so easily but cannot nap. This helps tremendously.
    I’m able to get some rest and give my brain a break, while also caring for myself and giving my brain positive energy which helps in coping with my situation. Thank you so much🙏🏻

      Don’t give up, keep pushing. I had symptoms for over two years, and finally got over it. Reduce stress, exercise, meditation, heathy life style and you’ll be surprised what you can heal from. Physiotherapy helps a lot too.

      Have you looked into hyperbaric oxygen treatment lovely? I heard it can do wonders for reducing tbi symptoms. I am currently doing it for long covid and I am at session 10 now and definitely starting to see a positive impact. Alongside yoga nidra it's helping me enormously.

    After six months of using an app for yoga nidra, just wanted to come to come on you tube search for Ally's video that I used to watch. Opened youtube and there it is the first suggestion. Didn't even say it loud. Google is getting scary. Haven't been searching anything about yoga nidra or relaxation durimg the past months. I guess it realized that it's past my usual sleep time and recommended the video. Mind blown

    Recently experienced a burnout and nothing helped as good for my constant head-aches and tiredness as these yoga nidra practices. I was in a yoga-environment earlier in life where we practied deep hatha yoga and meditation. It was an important part of my life but the environment was toxic in other ways. I'm grateful to find a way to reach those self-disolving in-between-states of conciousness again!

    Ali I've been doing your Yoga Nidra meditations for a few months now and I love how it transforms my consciousness for the better. I've suffered from anxiety and depression for a few years and this is a huge part of my healing and recovery. It really is such a powerful technique when done regularly. I aim for between 1 and 3 a day if I have time . I love doing one upon awakening especially. It totally transforms my day. Your voice Ali and your style is wonderful.     Getting over hand surgery. Your videos have helped me not take pain medication. When I feel pain I follow your Yoga Nidra videos. Each time afterwards the pain is gone. I am happy to be able to deal with this physical pain in a non-chemical way. Thank You From France.

    I have dabbled with yoga nidra a bit before, but this practice you provide is excellent and exactly what I need. I have trouble sleeping enough and am chronically lethargic and tired; various aspects of my life make napping ( and night sleep) without interruptions nearly impossible. This practice gently resets me when my fatigue is turning to frustrated lashing out at myself and those around me. Thank you for sharing your skills!

    This was such a beautiful practice. I've had a very challenging flare up of health issues recently and this was a sort of breakthrough for me. I had gentle tears of relief the whole time and felt my symptoms ease. I felt so much peace in the emptiness of the exhalations. Thank you, Ally. I appreciate you so much 🙏💞

    This helped me calm down and better soothe the disregulation I feel from Long COVID. I also was able to notice the deep sadness I feel for civilians killed in the wars going on. I let myself integrate the sadness, and let it become wisdom and intention to create peace in the world.

    I currently use your guided relaxation video almost daily. I love it. It helps me to calm down and disconnect from my busy mind. It helps me find peace and shift my perspective on things: it helps me out of a too narrow mental view on things.

    I’m a yoga teacher in the U. S. I’ve been practicing Yoga Nidra for probably 15-16 yrs but much more often the last few years. It always is just what is needed.

    Ally, i had started with guided meditations for insomnia, and stumbled on yoga nidra without knowing what it was. I've now tried many practitioners, but you're the absolute best. I recommend you to everybody.
    The only problem is I seem to be addicted to the state of bliss you invoke. I know the goal is to carry it with us into the world, but I just want to stay drifting with your voice.
    I'm practicing in Bologna, Italy. I am starting to see subtle shifts in my approach to daily life, but not nearly as profound as I might have hoped.

    Hi I’m Tristan and am new to Yoga nidra and this practice has changed my perception of what it can bring to my life. I always have had bad sleep and I now believe this practice could dramatically help me in finding peace with my own self and past as well as helping me rest when my sleep is insufficient.     Have started doing yoga Nidra for a couple of weeks now following your videos. I no longer have trouble falling asleep (which I had for years). I can't describe the quality it has brought to my life . I now know what "deep rest" means foor the first time in my life. Thank you:)

    I have studyingYoga Nidra on and off since 1985 after meeting Yogi Amrit Desai. Guru Dev. I instantly fell in love with him and his practice.. His yoga institute offers much. I feel more peaceful and it helps me keep a positive outlook on Life.. Your voice is very beautiful and calming.. thank you for the 20 min. One which helps if I don’t have my normal hour to practice.

    Thank you Ally. Time spent with you and yoga nidra is always well spent. I've been practising with you nearly every day since I had Covid in March this year. I'm in the UK and have practised other types of yoga for decades now. I am finding a gradual improvement in the ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome I have been living with for 3 years and also getting clearer about what I need and setting boundaries to take care of myself. I always feel re-charged after yoga nidra, thank you so much for your help on my healing journey.

    I deeply appreciate the incorporation of the physiological sigh. Normally when I'm lead in breathe work I get out of synch & feel as though I'm suffocating/ can't catch my breath. This was perfect.

    Namaste! 🙏 Practicing from central Ohio... I fell asleep right after because I started it at 12:30 A.M. on September 6, 2023. I had maybe one awakening as I got out of Shavasana. My arms had gone stiff, but after some stretching, they were fine. I was so sleepy that I rolled over onto my stomach and passed out. It was the most solid sleep I have had in a while as I did not go to bed super late. I didn't get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom once, so I know that I was deeply relaxed.

    Your videos are wonderful. I struggle to nap during the day as have a deregulated nervous system, but when I put on your videos within a few minutes I'm sleeping deeply as my nervous system calms down instantly. Love your work. You are an angel.
