Love this short and sweet practice Ally. I dropped so quickly down into to a deep state of rest, time lost all meaning. I feel as though I was far away for hours but never lost track of your voice. Really enjoyed the purity and stillness of no background music ❤🙏💚
I'm pretty sure I fell asleep a few times , but this helped my entire body and mind relax. I was so incredibly tense I can't even explain it. Thank you

This was a beautiful escape thank you Ally. I love your voice only practice better than the jungle ones, I find distracting noise so soothing. Thank you for sharing yourself so freely 🙏🙏
I had to come back and tell you that I'm feeling so much better after doing this video, was getting really sick could feel it in my lungs and chest, as I awoke I realized how healing and transformed from illness to well-being Thank you for continuing to help ❤

Hi Ally. This was different. My “hungry” brain missed the background music or sound and wandered more. Therefore it was more challenging to merge fully with the consciousness and sensing. I enjoyed the change to lower and upper body segments. Im not sure how that works yet Im very open to becoming flexible in all directions and merging with Oneness. ❤ and thx to you and your team and family.

Dear Ally, this one was again simple and effective. So soothing, so caring. I have been practising Yoga Nidra with you for over 6 months now on a daily basis. Last October, i was run over by a car and I suffer from loads of post-concussion symptoms. I am deeply convinced you are a major part of the tiny healing steps I have been making so far. Question: do you have specific YN/NSDR guidances for concussions? Or do you happen to know good reads about the effect of YN on brain-damage? Thanks again for your great meditations! Love voice only! Unfortunately I seem unable to relax and keep feeling tension but not because of your Nice yoga nidra …I keep trying…i I used to relax Deeply and feel a little restored but thuis last year it was impoosible and I stiffen up more and can not fulltime rest in the mind 😢 But I keep trying and love your ones
One thing I've noticed is that I have an instinct or bodily response that makes me either bite my teeth or have a heart palpitation when practicing. I don't think I do the same when I'm attempting to sleep, but something I might explore with a sleep specialist. I'm guessing it's a stress response. Curious if anyone else has this? Not sure if I would've encountered this without this meditation practice, so thank you!
