      Ally, Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I haven't left a comment yet, but feel compelled today after this most amazing healing experience 💜 I am in month 6 recovering from a concussion and found you during the 1st month. Please know you have been a huge part of my healing process 🙏 I can't wait each day to slip away with your melodic voice guiding me and helping me to find some peace calm, and a break from the chronic pain 💜 This recording especially spoke to me as when I am sad and and overwhelmed and needing a place to find joy and happiness, I envision myself sitting atop of a brilliant amethyst rock overlooking the maintains on a perfect blue sky day. The cave of amethyst brought joy and calm to my heart 💜 Thank you again for providing these easily accessed and full body healing gifts to the world. I'm forever grateful 🙏

    This meditation is sensational! I tried it while experiencing excruciating leg and knee pain. While practicing, I actually felt the pain releasing, similar to a hands-on, myofascial release treatment. The following morning, the pain was significantly lessened, and mobility increased greatly. I'd highly recommend doing this daily for healing!

    Dear Ally, your yoga nidra practices make the Artial fibrillations in my heart stop. This one I used this week. Thank you ever so much.
    I have told the GP and the Cardiologist about this yoga nidra and they were both very interested 🌈💟🙏

    I'm recovering from a cancer operation that went south and became an emergency procedure. They told me I would be dead in a year if I didn't go through another radiation and chemo and gave my bladder removed. They were lying. My spirit came to me and I healed myself. Your beautiful soothing voice helped me tremendously. Thank you. ❤🕉 ❤

    I’ve been practicing this yoga nidra for a few years now, and it’s one I go to again and again. This is one I choose when I feel physically or mentally u well. It really heals me on a deeper level! So grateful for this and many other recordings 🙏

    This was absolutely amazing. I could feel my heart chakra opening. Overall I was able to cultivate such a silence inside that the experience was so beautiful and inspiring for really living in a present and powerfull way. Even cried for the beauty of the experience. Thank you!🥺❤️

    I fully fell asleep during this and woke back up when we took a deep breath at the end. I don’t even think I said the Sankalpa. Wow must of needed that. YNTT July 2024

    Joanne. From London Ontario Canada. I've been practicing yoga nidra daily every afternoon for a few months. I get a super deep relaxation. Next best thing to a deep sleep. 20 minutes is not long enough. 30 -40 minutes preferred. Only a soft gentle voice and slow talk down works for me. Thank you. This one met all my goals. 👍🌟

    Dear Ally, for a year now I’m in a pretty heavy burnout, and your practices really help me to relax daily. Thank you for sharing these calming practices and your sooting voice!
    I really love this session, as it also has a part where we have to visualise (birds, flowers, etc.) Could you maybe make more of those kind of sessions? Or do you maybe have a link to similar sessions?

    I have listened to your yoga nidra very often during the coronatimes. Your voice and the whole practice is really relaxing and brings me to a deeper state of feeling good with myself. For months, during the summer it did not follow your meditations anymore, and i could feel it in myself. i got more lonely. So today, on a regular fridaymorning, i listen to your meditation again. Thank you, i really have missed you. I feel really fine now.

    Im so grateful to have found your YN channel Ally. This meditation takes me to a profoundly deeply relaxed place, i seem to drift between being conscious and aware of your words and not, but definitely more relaxed than i’ve ever been in my life, i now know what a relaxed nervous system feels like! I can’t get enough and listen to at least two of your meditations daily. As I’m currently healing a serious condition i would absolutely LOVE an hour long version of this, for even deeper healing and cellular regeneration. Thank you 🙏 Namaste 🙌💕

    Dear Ally, I appreciate your guided Yoga Nidra,your voice has real presence ,compassion and love coming through. The background of music birds ,nature sounds done well,.its all who you are giving of yourself. I suffer with Parkinson’s and I try not to rely on drugs although that’s what is available in our healthcare system..I take a walk in the am before medication.as soon as come in from the walk in I take the medication and go immediately into one of your guided yoga Nidra series and it helps the body and brain to accept the drug in the best possible way.without the anxiety of having to take a drug that helps a disease while causing a disease.

    25/11/22 Friday 10.38 .I'm learning to trust that the universe provides just what is needed at just the right time. This was the perfect practice for me today as I recover from Covid! Resting in the "medicine of presence ". I love the rotation of imagery! Could almost feel the sand between my toes and the cool lapping of the waves around my ankles. Thank you Ally! Namaste! 🙏
