Hi , i have a question. PDH complex is present in cytoplasm rather than mitochondria but here linked reaction shows in mitochondria ?

If it's pyruvate dehydrogenase then how is the NAD+ turning to NADH.
With lactate dehydrogenase the NADH turns to NAD+

That lesson seems a little bit tricky as it contains a lot of details makes me so confused. However, your way on explaining Prof Zach is too amazing I understood everything you said but you know something inhibit and the other stimulate thay needs a lot of time to organize all these knowledge in my head.
