      but phospho glycerate kinasi should be called FOSFATASI and not KINASI, because it takes away one Pi from a substrate??? I do not understand this name. Can someone help me'??

      @@NinjaNerdOfficial You made a mistake in designating the cleaving products. Since you had the left side phosphorilated first, that means the right side has the ketone group which makes up the dihydroxyacetone. Excellent walkthrough nonetheless

    Normally these youtubers really don't put out a detailed video about how little things are happening and why is it happening! But you! Oh my! You pointed out almost all details. Thank you so much man! I really wished we had teachers like you back in university! They really don't teach us properly and the books just have the basic information. How certain processes are happening it's really not there. Thank you for giving such a detailed explanation.

    I've been unable to grasp biochemistry it being such a dry subject but really, you made it so much more bearable and things actually made sense rather than me having to learn a mumbo jumbo of words that I'd forget within minutes of learning. Thanks for the effort

    I've seen alot of videos here, but ur team work is excellent! I thought my professor's the best but this teacher is amazing! Fluent clear explanations n schemes , the way he explains the reasons even on notation of the enzymes ! The teacher is just gold !

    Hi, I am a med student who never understand biochemistry.     I was literally crying big elephant tears out of anxiety because I am having my biochemistry exam in a week and did not understand a single word my professor said in his lectures and I kept repeating and repeating but I felt like understanding even less everytime I've listened to it again. Now I've decided to put his lectures to the side and try to teach the topics myself using youtube videos and I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING YOU EXPLAINED!     I am from Montenegro, studying Medical faculty on state university. Like anywhere else in the world biochemistry is really hard here and the profs are even harder..     You are doing God's work honestly. for all the broke med students out there who can't afford to pay hundreds of dollars for every other subscription. Some of us are from countries where medical education is not of very good standards, I am not ashamed to say this, you teach better than my college professors who have been teaching these things for over 20 years.     Thank you. It's wonderful being taking through this step by step. I'm not a student, but someone trying to understand more of how the body works. Can you imagine someone seeing this whiteboard after it has been completed, with absolutely no understanding of the process? It would be very overwhelming. And you are never too old to learn, I'm 65.

    As a chiro now in med school, it has been 20 years since I had this cold in my head. I work with clinical BC in my practice, but I have to relearn all the basics once again. Your neuro and BC videos are absolutely incredible and gave me the same feeling I had before when I learned this stuff: I have confidence and I know it cold once again. I normally don't donate to youtubers, but I will be for your channel. I am not sure what your plans are, but teaching should be at least part of it. Great teachers are rare and you are exceptional.

    WOW, I need to leave a note. This helped me so incredibly much. I am in a biochemistry masters level course and have never taken a chemistry class prior to this semester: I have been devouring biochem for dummies books like it is my job. This simplified the glycolysis pathway so well and helped me so much to begin to master this pathway. Thank you so much for the time you put into making it.

    Amazing - thank you for the help. When I last studied these reactions there was no TH-cam available (yeah - my age give-away - I started studying early 2000's!) and no wonder it made me cry after exams papers. Very, very helpful.

      I graduated in 2005, just before the advent of TH-cam. This would have saved me from many days of exam stress!
