वेट इतनी आसानी से कम नही होता पहली बात, मैं खुद वेट लॉस जर्नी पर हुँ, मैने चाय नमकीन कॉल्ड ड्रिंक फास्टफूड सब कुछ छोड़ दिया मीठा खाना भूल गया लेकिन अचानक से मेरा एक दिन शुगर लेवल कम हो गया गाडी चलते हुवे चक्कर से आने लग गये मैं समझ गया क्यूंकि BP चैक किया तो ओके था, फिर मैने फ्रूट्स खाने शुरु किया मतलब फ्रक्टोस, अब सिर्फ घर का खाना और शाम को रनिंग दबा कर बॉडी हल्की हो जाती है फिर घर पर ही एक्सरसाइज़ शुरु क्युकू चर्बी लटकनि शुरु हो जाती है, बॉडी स्टार्ट तो फीलिंग गुड लेकिन वेट पर खास असर नही पद रहा था अस्ल में हमारा वेट कम नही inches कं होते हैं,अब मैं तीन वक़्त का घर का खाना लेकिन कम खाना शुरु कर दिया, अब थीक है। बाकी रनिंग हफ्ते में चार दिन जिस दिन रनिंग नही उस दिन मॉर्निंग वॉक होती है पर हाँ में कनिसिसटैनसी मैं हुँ ।। वेट 10 15 दिन में कम नही होता है ये मैं लिख के दे सकता हुँ💐🙏🙏
We saw our parents,grand parents used to fast on every Monday and Thursday and 30 days in Ramadan.now we keep fasting in Ramadan but we left fasts of Monday and Thursday. We should start now.
