7:45 works a ton of overtime and gets put on a cooking course, which is fine and all, but no compensation for the hours and stress he went through to help the business. Doesn't feel particularly rewarding

I was thinking the same thing.
I noticed a small mistake in the second employee.. the boss actually helped the employee do a 180. 360 would imply the boss did nothing and the Employee is in the exact same position of no car no day care. Other than that love the vid!
He also says 115 thousand and it was 15k

Im horrified that where a cassino makes more money anybody can give out in their lives gives only 5000 dollars to an employee that has (maybe) worked their whole carreer for them. A francise like that should say you get the highest prize that is going on the main floor right now.

This is the problem I have with the show. For example, solves the child care for one person, but doesn’t deal with the underlaying issues.

A cooking course in compensation of hundreds of hours of overtime. What a cheapskate. Remind me to avoid best western in future.
This is sepperate from my other comment. I can not understand that one person is doing 80 hour weeks every week! no vacation time He also has to cook for more than a whole familly ( Im not saying hes a bad cook) So if he gets a full house.... How is this man serving eadeble food that is Cleaning (in general that means, ordering the food making sure evereything is fresh, cleaning the cuttlery, This man should be working for.... Gordon.

casino boss is a very cheap boss
For sure!!! I remember watching the episode, he did nothing but donate to charity in the employee name. That's all a tax break for the company, so he did absolutely nothing that didn't benefit himself 😞
can you really smoke in casinos still if so that's stupid?

Most casinos have a non smoking cection but even than it's irritating. I'm a smoker and it's too much for me too. I'm always considerate though, if someone's struggling to breathe or it's just too much for em, I always put it out.
