There needs to be a show Undercover Employee. Where they find out what the bosses are up to and fire them!
The bosses most times are the ones who start the business. I never worked for a boss who paid me a living wage plus benefits.

Ingratitude, jealousy, or a bad attitude will ruin a person's life, but consistently being a positive person and treating others as you'd want to be treated opens many many doors over time.
If only the rest of the CEOs do this. Most sit behind an iron shield same as your local congressman or politician. No way to get to them one on one or vice versa. The best small companies I worked for was the CEO that came around from time to time or I could chat with at a company holiday party even though it was a small company. Small meaning like less than 500 employees.

Have you ever worked alongside another employee who is so rude and disrespectful to a customer that it has embarrassed you? That's a difficult situation to find yourself in. *How have you handled a situation like this in the past?*
This shows how much clarity doesn't exist and how many people that run large companies don't give a ffck about the people below them. They show how the person in charge below them are incompetent, the person below them is incompetent'etc all the way down to the incompetent manager of a single district/location. The show is meant for marketing and advertising by making it seem like the company gives a shit about their employees and customers. Because they are fucking up. Pathetic and typical.
The real entertainment would be exposing company policies and standards. You can bet the standards and policies are different depending on what tier you are in when it comes to chain of command. Someone gets promoted, one gets a car, one gets a settlement for discrimination etc, etc, etc. Hilarious. But Genius

A company has to value an employee before that employee can begin to value the company. Not every employee is going to be stellar, and many bring baggage and attitudes acquired from prior employment. Companies whose customers are the general public, and if a company wants its employees to treat its customers in a positive and respectful manner and show every customer they are appreciative of their business, the company from the CEO and Board down need to treat the employees in a similar manner. Every manager, supervisor, and boss should be treating every one of his or her employees as an internal customer. A company that treats its internal customers as valuable will have employees who, in turn, treat their external customers as valuable.
