The last boss's generosity was the greatest for me. Besides a promotion, more salary, a car, he also gave money for his employee's studies. A study that will be able to get the employee his dream job outside his own company. That's supporting another. of course the generosity of every boss is great, but this one I found really special.

The owner of the lingerie store was amazing. Seeing the wonderful and loyal employee lose her house due to her restaurant, probably during the pandemic then being that generous is outstanding. You reap what you sow in life people. Fine example

I liked the last boss best the one who made the guy a manager/raise/10,000/and a car. He gave him a gift, not a handout. The difference is that he listened to him and heard what challenges and dreams he had. I have seen some bosses who ruined the good employee by giving a large amount of money and they quit trying. The guy earned the manager's job and raise other things were thoughtful gifts. I didn't like was the twin peak boss it was not him personally but the business motto.Dressing the women in those uniforms with names like Twin Peaks and Hooters is distasteful to me.

I remember working for Layen Bryant... when they came out with their other sister store (I cannot remember the name of it now for the life of me...) and we had to do bra fits. I still remember this mother and daughter that came in, and I was told it was her daughter's first time getting an actual bra. So I did the best I could to make the girl feel as comfortable as possible, which the mother loved. I showed on myself how we measured before I even touched her so she knew and mom knew what was going to happen. My boss was so happy, they ended up spending nearly $200 + the damn credit card deal we had. It's not easy trying to help find the perfect bra or at least a comfortable bra.

Yep. A 5k raise. That’s yearly so it’s actually not that much when you do the math, but it’s sounds good when it’s said.
So if he was making 25k a year he would now be making 30…

Why just why can’t I have anything similar to an experience like Dylan…everybody just take take takes never thinking how something as little as a card could make me feel like I wasn’t just being used all the damn time…I’ve come to the conclusion that there’s 2 types of people in this world and that’s ( the kind that just thinks of themselves and the kind that thinks of others….

They wouldn’t need to hand them extra cash if they paid them a living wage. It to mention any good is offset by the enormous PR.

The narrator said he gave the bra lady $10,000 when he gave her $100,000
    Thats a big difference.

Your chances of winning the lottery are better than actually working for a company or CEO like the ones mentioned in this video series... Talk about fantasy. It's ALWAYS about the "bottom line", never about employee feelings. Food and retail are the absolute worst jobs a person could have!!!

Seriously.??? Given $5,000 to stop cursing
As a business owner..... This is a stupid decision .
    if it were me
i would talk to her, make her understand the seriousness
She would be required to stop the cursing and if she did so for 6 months (under the impression that there was nothing further in it other than, Stop cursing and keep your job or don't and lose it) IF SHE DID THAT FOR 6 MONTHS
    ........THEN ........ I'D GIVE HER THE $5,000
but i wouldn't entice her with $5k to stop swearing, that's stupid

When somewhere says you need X experience for a job that youre trying to get into just to just sounds like complete bullshit. How are you supposed to get experience when youre starting out. Its soo damn annoying.
