Great advice my thick eyebrowed brother. Don't underestimate the benefits of also walking around 10k steps daily. Major benefits and gives you so much energy to crush these exercises, especially leg day😎
Day 1 Chest/Tricep (Push Ups + Dips) Day 2 Back/Bicep (Pull Ups) Day 3 Legs (Expl Lunges + Sqauts) Day 4 🔴**REST**🔴 (Cardio and some Stretching) 🔁 REPEAT 🔁 Make sure you stretch after your done working out each day.
Come on. You can’t do 100 push ups before taking a shower ? I hit 100 push ups immediately after waking up, 100 before taking a shower and another 100 after dinner. You have no excuses.
I only do 400 push up and 400 sit up everyday, I may not have a sexy shape of body buat I pretty confident my strength is superior than those at gym every week
100 push ups 200 skippings 50 knuckles pushups 10 pike pushups 10 diamond pushups 2 min plank Some stretches Hand gripper 50 wall punch Hand strengthening hit 50 dips 50 squats 50 crunches Any one tell this is good workout plan??
You have to make sure you progressively overload. The type of exercise doesn't really matter, it's how many reps you do (which is similar to weight-training anyways). If anything, you want train close to muscle failure, but always make sure to get proper rest in between days.
how long did you workout for cs i workout for 20 minutes or 10 then i eat and rest a little bit then i go back to workout again sometimes i use dumbbells but ima trying also to do calisthenics? does anyone have some advice?
What about 1 chest and triceps 2 Back /traps /neck and shoulders 3 biceps /forearms 4 Abs and legs 5 break From day 6 repeat the groups with that running in morning for two days every week? Is it effective
Definitely works, that’s what I did. It only took me three weeks to get to a real push-up, but it’s different for some people so you just have to be consistent
Do wall pushps, Inclined pushups using bed or a table Knee pushups.. do regularly and you'll be able to do regular pushups. When i started, I couldn't do a single regular pushup.. I followed the same thing and now I do atleast 50 in one go
The problem with this is my muscles ache. After 1 pushup, my arms just give out and i lose energy. I am a teen weighing 110. What should I do? Even with wall pushups, my body just aches all over. I feel like there’s somethign wrong with my body as I can’t even bench half the weight of the pull up bar and other kids in kids class can bench 150 in eighth grade.

So much of logical and good information in just a short video. It really helps ❤️
Bro you are spitting facts. I have done the same with minimal gym workouts and gotten great results. As long as you are consistent results will come.
how do you increase resistance though? i’m thinking of doing the same thing because i’m hoping to join the army one day.
@@cl5071you can wear a backpack with pull-ups and push ups, and everything else he said in the video
@@cl5071same process. Put a backpack on with sand or rocks. Use a weighted vest or have a sibling sit on your back for push-ups.

@@danielkedem9start with an amount you can do (almost failure) then slowly increase the rep every week or every 2 weeks
You want to do each rep slowly on all workouts focus on technique too
What about the shoulders
Thank you for this!
Hey can you provide us with a detailed workout routine like which excercises are the best or something like that?
Is this really achievable without weights??
As someone with no access to a gym this does put a smile on my face
Depending on what you want sometimes this is better than weight lifting
I hope so.

Do I have to have different days for different muscle groups or could I just do some everyday like before working on biceps I could go on a run?
Im tryna bulk any bodyweight excersices while bulking? My parent dont allow me to go gym :/

Cardio once a week is better than no cardio, but ideally you should do at least LISS cardio every other day
Thanksss❤
He touched the weight...
Exercises : pull ups, push ups, dips, squats and abs
It is good advice
The 10% of celesthenics that does leg😅

how about forearm
I do have access to pull ups though, and substitutes?
Where did the dumbbell land and what did it hit

Can I do wall pushups and build my way to a real push-up ?
Definitely works, that’s what I did. It only took me three weeks to get to a real push-up, but it’s different for some people so you just have to be consistent
Yes also don’t be afraid to do sets of eccentric reps also. That is where you get in position and go down as slow as you can and repeat.
I started with knee pushups and in just 3-4 days i was able to do around 10-15 real push ups a day... But it matters person to person
u should do knee push ups and build ur way there
Do wall pushps,

bro what.... you can't do a pushup??? you got a physical disability or smth??
Without touching a single weight :continuing to touch a weight in the vid
2 years is a pretty long time for that improvement. You could probably do it within 5 months or a year.

add more reps or sets or do a harder variation of the exercises youre doing if the exercises are too easy
Add some weights by wearing a weighted vest of simply wear a backpack filled with textbooks
