Hi, just to give you a precision, you can NOT target the area where you want to lose fat. It doesn't work like this. You can target where you will gain muscle, by working on those specific muscles, but it doesn't mean you will lose fat in that exact same area. The body will lose fat steadily, a little bit from everywhere. Then, of course with genetics some people will tend to store more fat in their belly, some others more in their thights or booty, some even in their tits. But you can't target the area where you want to lose fat. So if your body tend to lose first in your belly and not your butt, you will just have to be patient, keep going until you'll have lost enough so it can finally unstore in the most difficult part for you to lose. However ☝🏼 the good news is, when you build muscle in any part of your body, you increase your metabolism, which means you actually burn more calories in your daily life, in any activities you will do. Because muscles need to be fueled. So keep going, don't waste to much time on cardio. Gain some muscle and with patience, dedication and consistency you will see results for sure.
