      I beg to disagree.
      There's no best workout as each one of us has a different limitation. This workout is easy for someone who has no physical limitation.
      Stop with your "best workout" idea.

    Over a month ago, I started with the 10min workout on the same channel. And man it was so hard to get through those 10 exercises. After some time, I got used to it, started doing it twice a day, got into a diet plan. Started doing this 20min workout about a week ago again it was the hardest thing ever. But I adapted to this 20min fat burning exercise faster than I did with the 10min. The workout are much easier now and honestly, with no other exercise I've lost close to 8KG in a little over a month. This workout works, planning on downloading the app as well. It would be a worthy investment!
    Thanks Rowan, you've inspired me to become fit and will continue to do so! For anyone reading this, don't start tomorrow, start today. Hope you all get fit too!💕

      I am 5 feet 4 inches and 55 kg but I have side fat and stomach fat, I am doing this 20 min workout from a week almost . AM I at right place if my goal is to look muscular instead of looking chubby😅

    Even as a woman this video is one of the best. I hate all them girly workouts I wanna feel the burning pain of workout yum this is good burning to do before I sleep and then body build at day. Can you please make a harder workout videos!? Some of these are a bit to easy.

How much calories am I burning with this workout (I understand that different ppl burn different amount), but if I could get an approximate value it'd be really helpful.       You can get an apple watch or fitbit or mi band based on your budget to track calories burnt.
