Great workout! Just keep in mind that you will never truly lose weight by doing these workouts here and there. You must be consistent with them. Make it a part of your lifestyle. Do them regularly and kiss your weight goodbye forever. Also, make sure that you are also in a calorie deficit :)
@@BeastAcez A calorie deficit is when you burn more calories than you eat. For example, if you burn 3500 cal a day, make sure that u only eat 3000 cal per day. That way u will create a 500 cal deficit. When u create this deficit, your body then utilizes your fat in order to get the 500 calories. And this is how u lose weight :)

I do your 3day abs routine twice a week + the 2 weeks ab challenge. I also did a lot of your fat burning cardio, but took a few weeks break. Man, i gotta admit: this is insanely challenging. There's no way I can do it twice in a row for now. Killed my legs. Keep it up, you help a lot of people with these amazing, short timed workouts ! :D

Those 3 ill do only in morning, Cause your body doesn't co operate with u in the morning while doing rowan row exersise, Definitely body will not accept on doing rowan row workout IN THE MORNING. In evening 10 min Jogging in medium gentle pace 5 min jump rope, And now the matter which burns more in a day, my fav Rowan Row workout ( This Video) Definitely if u guys do this all days in a week, in 3rd month if u lads wear a pant u guys could know the result in that 😉
What I’ve realised it’s if you really work well and intelligent on your warm ups, cool downs and joints mobility it’s have a such a positive experience with training athletic long-living as calisthenics, gymnastics and bodyweight disciplines. In short - this works. Stick to doing two rounds of it per session, per day for 10 days, as Rowan says - and you’ll burn off body fat. That’s it. It’s also a really simple follow-along. That’s not to say you won’t feel it! I’m a reasonably fit cross-fitter, and by halfway through the second round, you feel it for sure. In summary - It’s a moderate workout which exercises all body parts and yields really good results - while building flexibility too! ✌🏾

The day before yesterday, Day 1. After I finished the workout I was done for the day.. Yesterday, Day 2- Shredded but had some energy left for the evening Today Day 3- I followed Rowan 100% and didn't look at the clock bot even once. I know tomorrow it will feel even easier Totally love this 10 days challange. Thank you Rowan!!

I am a student and currently preparing for one of the toughest entrance exams in my country. Usually, I don't get time to workout, and at the same, I usually only sit in one place and because of that I gained a lot of fat but this video really helped me out. Best workout i have ever done it's also really effective i was able to burn around 300 calories after completing 2 sets of the entire workout
