Do the workout given in this video and his other ab exercise video be consistent with these exercises.
Have a good diet. Diet goes a long way. it's more efficient than exercise don't give up it will take time but stay focused you got this.
For diet you could go with a proper planned diet or just eat less (very less) of whatever you're eating. Cut it by half if necessary but keep in mind abt your intake and that you reach the daily nutrition intake.

3. Bicycle kick
4. Reverse crunches
5. Heel taps
6. Leg pushes
7. Side to side mountain climbers
8. Leg scissors
9. Alternating L-sit toe touches
