    Thanks a lot! It seems that not a lot of channels offer guided Z1&Z2 Rides, its mostly HIITs out there. But I really enjoy some "company" on these boring recovery rides so thanks again for doing that!

    Great recovery session! Legs feeling a bit shredded after Long Course weekend in Tenby full distances followed by Ironman Swansea 70.3 last weekend. Great to have a turbo workout to follow to help with motivation. I'll bee following more of your videos!

    Very nice, just caught this now. I'm doing two days a week of hypertrophy training and the DOMS is unreal. This really helps my quads and hams before the start of the following week. And I like to squeeze in the extra cardio for my health Thanks.

    Mikey, a big request: could you maybe make a 45-60 Minute recovery / endurance video? its just so much easier having a guided workout and being able to not think about whats next instead of having to check what to do next all the time. Thank you very much in advance!

    Very helpful video for recovery after a hard day. Could you possibly put the cadence on the screen though??

      In subsequent vids absolutely, can suggest cadence ranges. For recovery efforts such as this one, would recommend between 80-90
