    There's me thinking 35 minutes should be easy enough, wrong hard ride and fun to. No way I could tack on another 40 minutes ride. Thanks Paul. 👍😬🚲. Will do the 60 minutes tomorrow. Once I had a rest 😴. Looking forward to more new 60 minutes rides.

    Just want to say thank you for your videos as they got me through the second lockdown and the start of my weight loss journey!!! From following along with your videos on my bike and sorting out my diet i have lost a total 20kg since the start of the year :)

    So much variety in 35 minutes. This one is really really good. Last 10 mins especially good fun but the whole sesh is great.

    I must have done Paul's workouts 100 times, but that last sprint on this session gets me every time. I think today is the first time I have remained standing. Even the music makes me shudder now.

    Rediscovered Paul, formerly on GCN, and his awesome workouts. I enjoy the workouts with the standing climbs and sprints. I'm sure Paul is having us on when he says his legs are burning but knows that ours are five alarm blazes.
