    Great video thank you! I have been practicing your hinging cue for squat. I found that I was able to do this better on the second rep. This led me to scoot my un-racking spot back a little and brace into the hinged position. I am pretty sure you said to do that in video but anyways you know how cues go. It takes a moment to understand them physically. Anyways, I'm going to be thinking about this and how it applies to the deadlift too. I love the content and advice. Thanks!

    Please make a video about knee valgus & hip abduction exercises for powerlifting. I know a lot of other people have made videos & articles regarding that, but l want to hear your take on it since you squat extra wide & seemingly you never have that problem.

    How about favorite assistance movements to develop and improve the three techniques. Specifically how they translate and maybe just small cues you use like in the Bench Press and Deadlift videos. By the way, your videos are extremely informative and I have found my technique has really improved with the Deadlift and Squat bracing videos. Keep up the good work.

    I know you compete with stiffbar but do you ever lifts with a deadliftbar?

    Hi, great video as always. Could you please clear something up for me, doesnt the brace get compromised when you put your chest through the arms and wedge for a conventional setup. Been having problems with that, thank you.

    I feel like the top down set up would be a bit hard if you hook grip... you need time to set your hook.
