Yuri and your pulls are so clean.... Hard to come by powerlifters who have such crisp form perfecting their leverages

Could you relate to the cue "brake the bar"? Is it necessary for novice lifters?

i see while you are spreading your knees out you put some weight on the outside of your feet instead of increasing the angle of how out you put your toes .Do you keep the distrupution of the weight on the outside of your feet during the rep ?I set up with my shins in contact with bar and i find it hard to spread my knees out without moving the bar while keeping my balance.Do you thing it would be beneficial for me to try arch my feet so i can put the weight on the outside of my feet ?will i have any balance issues ?
    Thanks in advance
