    It would be helpful to see an actual frozen shoulder patient do these exercises. To actually see the limitations we are going through.

      That would be good. There are varying stages. Just do to the level you can. thanks for your suggestion. Having people with injuries do ing the videos that help them is a new concept for me. Boom!

      Yes, obviously you haven’t had frozen shoulder or you would know you can’t do these exercises. 😮

    Wow this is really magic! I was unwell all day because of my frozen shoulder and as soon as I followed these movements/exercises I felt immediately much better. I think the warming up movements are really the secrets! I will keep it up and follow your videos for the frozen shoulder. I am not sure how many are there, so far I saw only two. Thank you so much it was also fun to follow your video!

    Thanks you! First session could barely do it. Second magically I could do full motion and much better within 24 hours. Had Frozen Shoulder for 2 months before finding out what it was and needed therapy. Took a week to get into therapy but didn't need it after doing these exercises for the week. My motivator was riding my motorcycle. Agree with Dr Fields we all need a motivator. Even if it is just lifting a beer can to you mouth.

      Thank you Adam, amazing results. Got diagnosed with frozen shoulder X-rays confirmed. 50 years old and waiting 10 days to get into physical therapy. I've never even heard of this before. Didn't want to be on painkillers for sleep too long, but my arm didn't work, which is not only painful but humiliating as I am a father and husband. Did this video once in the morning pushed to level 2 pain. Was a bit discouraged and thought this injury would be a long recovery process. Could barely raise my arms first time doing this. Wiith Adam's encouragement did this again before bed the same day and miraculously could do almost all of it. Still plan on going to Physical Therapy in 7 days, but I now have almost full motion after just 2 days, and can sleep at night without any painkillers.

    I've had my frozen shoulder awhile. I tried a few frozen shoulder exercises on TH-cam. I must say this workout was great. I really enjoyed it, thank you so much! I will defo be doing more of your frozen shoulder workouts. 😊

    Thnx u Dr. It really v.helpful for ppl having lot of pain in shoulders and neck .For me it's relaxing I will do regularly.v.simple and can do whenever we have pain.

    This was an absolute delight! I must look you up whenever I return to the USA. I felt like I was in a choreography class dancing and healing -LOL. You made this exercise so endearing.       @@dradamfields good morning doc. Last year December I was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder, left shoulder. I never got treatment for it due to financial difficulties. I started seeing a CP late last year and was sent for a scan. I was then diagnosed with Supraspinatus tear. I'm getting treatment for it, including dry needling. Currently I'm in so much pain with both shoulders, where the pain would go into my collar bone and jaws. My upper arms feels like it lifted weights, and it's just not coming right. What can I do, I'm currently taking painkillers for the pain, I hardly sleep at night. My husband and children helps me to get dressed, comb my hair, fasten my bra. I cannot reach my back, only the lower part. Anything above shoulder or middle height is extremely painful.

    I have frozen shoulder, did seven physiotherapy visits, as well as acupuncture with no results, I started to follow dr Adam video and believe me it has gotten way better. I have had the frozen shoulder since June 24 2023, I started to follow these videos just four weeks ago and today is October 18th and it’s 85% better.❤❤❤❤love his positive vibes and how easy the exercises are explained. ❤❤

I have recently been diagnosed with frozen shoulder and have done either the beginner video or Frozen Shoulder Exercises VI Video every day for the past two weeks and my shoulder is definitely starting to loosen up.     Thank you thank you. I had covid in Sept and started with this aching persistent bone deep sensation in dec... Finally went to the doctor and have him tell me its a frozen shoulder. Still waiting on the ins co to approve PT... But i started with these videos on Monday and i cant believe how much more movement i have today already. . Thank you.

    Hi there! I pulled a tendon a few monthes ago, unfortunately during lockdown and as a result my shoulder froze. Even though I was given some stretching exercises, your session here gave me the best results so thank you for sharing. I have much more mobility now. However, during the night I find my arm seizes up, or knots up and inhale to get up in the middle of the night and use heat compression to work it out so I can finally go back to sleep. I take pain relief/ codine prescribed by my doctor but to no avail-- no full nights sleep and a lot of discomfort. Any advice?

    Thanks so much, I've got calcific tendinitis in both shoulders and I've lost a bit of over head mobility. I practice yoga and I'm studying to be a yoga teacher so I need to get my mobility back. I've got a knackered spine, I need my shoulders to function! 😂 😂 😂

    Wow, this is wonderful! I've had my frozen shoulder for a long time now and with regular chiropractic care here in Washington, it's been improving slowly. I love how good my shoulder feels after just one session of this workout though! I will definitely add it to my routine:) I'm guessing this should be done daily?

    My Dr thinks that I probably have impingement syndrome in the left shoulder and told me to search for excercises for the teres minor.
    Can I also do these frozen-shoulder-excercises for impingement syndrome? I know they are not exactly the same, so I wanted to ask you which one of your shoulder videos you would recommend for impingement and/or specifically for the teres minor.

    Adam I went to Chiropractors Deep tissue Massage therapists and no one could figure the “Frozen Shoulder out “ Most said hmm it’s Levator Scap and then others were like oh it’s knots etc one said do a PIR stretch for Levator scap (the only thing that lessened the pain from 10( death ) to a 6 so I could move during the day. But after 6 weeks I noticed some mescle in my arm pit going me hell - it seemed to hold that and the lay in this “it’s still not healed fully” feeling. Then you said go into your arm pit press hard and work that BOOM BAM HOLY SHIT PAIN BUT SOMETHING WORKED- because the numbness in my thumb and first finger lessened and although it was a searing pain to press in there I think this nailed the final part to healing this insane shoulder nightmare so I can hopefully go back to the gym which up until now 2 months I have not been able to.
    So thank you for that arm put advice!

    Hello doctor
    I just want to know that can we do these exercises if the shoulder is kind of frozen due to some accident injury.
    And the same question is for your neck exercises.
    My husband met with a horrible accident few years back. He had a hair line fracture in his back of the neck(c2 or c3) and two of his Backbone vertebrae were suppressed.
    Although he started doing gym exercises again but neck, shoulder movements are restricted.
    And pain in the upper back is there. Swelling also after work out.
    Just want to know about suitable exercises for all these three neck shoulder and back.

      Hi Ravneet, As with any exercise, he must listen to his body. If something hurts, causes dizziness or another unwanted symptom, pull back or don't do that exercise. That being said, these were designed for people with challenges/pain. Have him go forward but be cautious.

    Dr Fields, thank you for these set of exercises. They look good and I will be doing them in my daily routine now. Glad that I found you on the internet.
    I injured my shoulder years ago from doing a bad 'dead lift' of a heavy as-hell luggage and I guess my shoulder was injured/frozen (due to slight pain, reduced motion range) but it went away after 6-12 months and I was back to 100%. Years after, I must have reinjured it trying to take all my groceries at one shot and the recovery seems much longer and it is a bit more painful with worsening range of movement...I guess due to my being older :( Not sure if you have any other videos or advice that could help? Thank you again.

      Hi Mum! On your back with a pillow under your knees and a dog-bone or other cervical pillow. Get some ESWT on that shoulder and get rid of the pain. : )

    Hi Adam,
    Thank you so much for the exercises and due to this I am now able to do strength building exercises like pushups. A couple of years ago, I underwent shock-wave therapy at a nearby Ortho clinic mainly targeting the trapezoid muscles. It did provide great relief but pain occurred while I tried doing exercises.

    I've had FS for 6 years. I had no idea that there are exercise videos to loosen the shoulder. This has been a really hard time for me.     Hallo Dr. Fields, thanks for this exercise.
    I am with adhesive capsulitis, tendinitis and have an anchor on the biceps. My shoulder was frozen five months before surgery. And three months after the surgery is more frozen than before the surgery.
    My Dr. told me that i must make MUA.
    Do you prefer to my condition to do shockwave therapy, because someone says when you have anchor you can't and others u can. I'm 44yrs old. Thank you!

      Good Question, Alexandrina. ESWT is preferred but not Radical Shockwave. You need a precise machine like the Piezowave 2. Radial goes in deep and the wave spreads out causing bruising and unintended consequences. The Piezowave and similar machines can go in to a prescribed depth and treatment area.

    Diese Bewegungen kann er auch nur ausführen ,weil er nicht unter einer Frozen Shoulder leidet. Wenn er das hätte und würde diese Bewegungen so ausführen..wären ihm Schmerzen und noch mehr Steife der Schulter die nächsten 3 Tage vorbestimmt.

      I agree that it's quite a challenging condition that can take years to get rid of. However, I have found, with extracorporeal shockwave and consistent exercises like this, we can ease pain, increase range of motion and even hasten the thawing phase.     I've had frozen shoulder for a few months. These 2 youtube videos have made a HUGE impact on my recovery. I know it's a slow process (since I had frozen shoulder before). These 10 minutes a day make all the difference. When I don't do them for a few days, I feel it! It has helped increase mobility and reduce the discomfort. Thank you so much!!!

    Hey Adam, I really feel like you are my personal physician. last year I got back / shoulder problems on the right side, with tingling in my fingers, so I used many different posture videos as part of my rehab.
    Then, as that cleared up, I started get shoulder problems on the left side. This was definatley frozen shoulder, and used V1 and V2 many many times.
    As a golfer, I then started getting really stiff in the hips, so used your hip stretching video, with internal and external rotation. I still revisit this one.
    Last week i had an op for a deviated septum, so now im going to study you vids on how to clear your sinuses.

    Oh.. your best attribute to the videos?..... its that you get straight into them, no messing about or talking for ages. That's what makes the so easily repeatable.

However, its really remarkable how these 'micro massages' around your ears, forehead, sinuses etc really can help.
