There are many factors in shoulder pain treatment . One place I found that successfully combines these is the Seans Shoulder Fixer (google it if you're interested) it's the most useful resource i've seen. Check out all the awesome info .
FINALLY! A shoulder pain relief routine where the instructor actually goes through every exercise/stretch with you for the recommended count/time versus showing you the proper way to do the exercise once or twice and then telling you to do it five times each for two minutes. The 'Real-time' is VERY much appreciated. I will definitely be on the lookout for more.
I'm a Senior (71) and have been working out with you daily for a month. The great feeling when I'm finished is motivational to continue! This workout works!!! I can't thank you enough for this - my shoulder pain kept increasing for the past year and I never paid any attention until the pain became quite unbearable. For example, it was soo painful when I tried to raise my arm to press the button for a ticket in any parking lot, putting on jackets needed special strategization, and finally I started waking up every morning with pain in my shoulder. I have been doing this workout for the past 8 weeks every single day, and originally most of it was very difficult, but now my pain is almost completely gone. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I'm so happy i have found this workout. My shouders have been so painfu lfor the last few months. I changed my pillow but it didn't help. My right shoulder is alot more painful. This is encouraging, i did my first workout today. I was in pain but i'm going to do it everyday. I'm glad this workout has helped you.
After 9+ years of boxing my shoulders have eventually paid the price! I've been using this video now for the past few years on and off and its been the best video I've ever followed. When i first started to follow these instructions my surgeon (at the time) wanted to see this video to make sure that it wasn't causing me further problems as my shoulders were found to have a small amount of arthritis including an impingement (supraspinatus) My surgeon was happy with this video, so I've used it ever since. Thank you HASfit, you've really helped me in times of need. Today I'm back there again, so I'm now watch your video daily and of course performing the exercises! :)

So happy I found this routine , had a bad fall from a 15ft scaffold 1 month ago.. Lucky to be alive and not paralyzed.. Broke all 12 ribs, collapsed lung, grade 2-3 shoulder separation pelvic widening and an L2 transverse process fracture.. Got clearance to start rehab after 4 weeks of healing.. I plan on using this routine everyday or as many times a week as I can do.. Thanks again, I'll keep you posted on my progress😊🙏💪👍🏻

ive had a SLAP repair and a bankhart repair to my right shoulder and have 7 anchors in it. i had this op about mo ago and had trouble finding a physical therapist. I actually went to only 1 day of physical therapy. The way i went about it was watching youtube videos on how to recover and what muscles to work out. This video has helped alot with me gaining my ROM back and also building the rotator cuff muscles to help hold my shoulder in place. The Doc told me i was going to lose 10 degrees of motion, and that is true, but Ive gained so much of my mobility back that my doc said im recovering fast and that he had thought that i was attending physical therapy!!! THANKS DOC!

This came up in my suggested videos - clearly I have been all over HASfit for several weeks now. I am mos def starting this one tomorrow. (I have been doing the senior workouts that include a few of these. So I already know it's going to be a bear.) Serious shoulder stiffness from years of working in the retail food industry. I first found you several years ago when I had horrible sciatic pain that came outta nowhere. I did your routine and after the FIRST DAY I was better! I did a it few more days and was done. From there I began using your videos. The best out there, and I don't even hafta look anywhere else to know.

Thanks a million for your exercise stretches. I have bone spurs on my shoulder that the physical therapy didn't help much until I watched and follow your exercises. It helped my shoulder tremendously. Specifically the posture standing against the wall with shoulders moving up, I wasn't barely able to do that exercise due to the bone spur. I am thankful to hasfit. I have been playing badminton for fitness, for a very very long time. I developed pain in my right shoulder. I could not lift my hand. Could not smash because of terrible pain. I had to take a break. I felt my playing days were over. Then I searched on TH-cam for shoulder pain relief video. I came across this video on hasfit channel. I have been doing these exercises for one week. I see tremendous improvement in relief from pain. I am able to smash now. I can’t tell you how much your videos have been a lifesaver for me during this horrible pandemic which has closed all private and public gyms. I have worked so hard for twenty years to get my body where it is, and it is extremely challenging for me because I have had scoliosis since a child. My muscles have a hard time remembering and recruiting the necessary fibers to support normal progression with exercise especially bodybuilding. I have to treat each limb like it does not have an equivalent because if I use my own brain to work my body the way it perceives is even or straight, I develop crookedly and asymmetrical all over. I can tell that you have a lot of experience in training and that is why I appreciate these videos so much now that they are free because I know that videos of this quality will eventually only be accessible through paid subscription. Your videos are a true gift.
I've been doing these exercises for a little over a week, every other day,, my shoulders are hurting more,, it it normal to sometimes get worse before they get better?? Thanks
It sounds like you may be overtraining your shoulders. Everyone is different and you may only need to perform this routine 1-2x per week. The exercises are going to work your shoulders, so they will be sore just like they would be after any other exercise routine.
I started to do the exercises and gave up because I don't know if they help with a rotator cuff tear, though I must admit I was beginning to feel better. I know it's a cuff tear because I had an xtray, after being in pain for over 10yrs. I do the one for back pain relief. I am so glad that you are such motivators.

Love this work out. I’ve had terrible neck and shoulder pain for 12 years. Docs don’t know what it TOS or something else. I’ve done this routine twice and I feel so much better. I mean literally, I’ve gone to PT and had steroid injections and neither relieved my pain the way this work out did. I’m kinda shocked because this worked. Thank you!!!
I was looking for shoulder exercise's to assist in rehabbing my hockey shoulder injury. Its been hurting for 2 weeks now so I thought I should start this routing 1x daily. I couldn't get thru the last few exercises with the bands but it felt good. Thanks so much. I'll look at more of your videos.
First week down. Feeling 100% better not going to surgery anymore! Also helped the shoulder that I had 4 pins 4 sutures. Thank you so much for these videos. Could not afford rehab, when I did go did not get these results. Amazing!!

because of this routine, I'm able to do push-ups now. i used to get frustrated if there's push-ups routine in your wo.. because my shoulder hurts so bad and i couldn't even do one properly. now i'm 88% healed and stronger 💪 thank you coach kozak and claudia 😊
After my workouts this morning and currently being in crutches non weight bearing, this workout was just what I needed to ease my shoulder and upper body tension. So relaxing.
I teach chair yoga to seniors. Most of them are limited in mobility with their shoulders. I like the sequence of the exercises. I will incorporate them in my classes.

Have been doing this every day now for the past 2 weeks and my shoulder is doing a lot of better now. Wish that I have known about this video earlier. My shoulder would have been healed by now.

I had a rotator cuff tear on my right hand shoulder while playing volleyball. Doctor said muscle got flattened. I felt this exercises are very helpful. Thank you for these.
My question is, these are enough or do I need to do other exercises and how often need to do? Please help. Waiting for your valuable input.

I can’t tell you how much your videos have been a lifesaver for me during this horrible pandemic which has closed all private and public gyms. I have worked so hard for twenty years to get my body where it is, and it is extremely challenging for me because I have had scoliosis since a child. My muscles have a hard time remembering and recruiting the necessary fibers to support normal progression with exercise especially bodybuilding. I have to treat each limb like it does not have an equivalent because if I use my own brain to work my body the way it perceives is even or straight, I develop crookedly and asymmetrical all over. I can tell that you have a lot of experience in training and that is why I appreciate these videos so much now that they are free because I know that videos of this quality will eventually only be accessible through paid subscription. Your videos are a true gift.

I've been doing these exercises for a little over a week, every other day,, my shoulders are hurting more,, it it normal to sometimes get worse before they get better??

It sounds like you may be overtraining your shoulders. Everyone is different and you may only need to perform this routine 1-2x per week. The exercises are going to work your shoulders, so they will be sore just like they would be after any other exercise routine.

I started to do the exercises and gave up because I don't know if they help with a rotator cuff tear, though I must admit I was beginning to feel better. I know it's a cuff tear because I had an xtray, after being in pain for over 10yrs. I do the one for back pain relief. I am so glad that you are such motivators.

Love this work out. I’ve had terrible neck and shoulder pain for 12 years. Docs don’t know what it TOS or something else. I’ve done this routine twice and I feel so much better. I mean literally, I’ve gone to PT and had steroid injections and neither relieved my pain the way this work out did. I’m kinda shocked because this worked. Thank you!!!

I was looking for shoulder exercise's to assist in rehabbing my hockey shoulder injury. Its been hurting for 2 weeks now so I thought I should start this routing 1x daily. I couldn't get thru the last few exercises with the bands but it felt good. Thanks so much. I'll look at more of your videos.
First week down. Feeling 100% better not going to surgery anymore! Also helped the shoulder that I had 4 pins 4 sutures. Thank you so much for these videos. Could not afford rehab, when I did go did not get these results. Amazing!!

because of this routine, I'm able to do push-ups now. i used to get frustrated if there's push-ups routine in your wo.. because my shoulder hurts so bad and i couldn't even do one properly. now i'm 88% healed and stronger 💪 thank you coach kozak and claudia 😊

After my workouts this morning and currently being in crutches non weight bearing, this workout was just what I needed to ease my shoulder and upper body tension. So relaxing.

I teach chair yoga to seniors. Most of them are limited in mobility with their shoulders. I like the sequence of the exercises. I will incorporate them in my classes.
