Rogue Fitness TB-1 Trap Bar | Home Gym Build

This is how I mounted a Rogue single bar hanger (rack/frame mount) to the wall of the #LANCave (my home gym) so that I could get my Rogue Fitness TB-1 Trap Bar stored up out of the way. This trap bar is HUGE and getting it on the wall is a must for our gym build out.
