This is 10 minutes warm up exercises.
It is the perfect way to start your day.
There are no jumping or intense movements.
You can relax your muscles and get the blood pumping.
Follow this routine in the morning, in the middle of work or before strength training.
You'll feel good and get energy!!

구독자 20만 정도부터 봤는데 어느새 70만이 넘었네요😍 몸에 무리가 덜 가면서도 운동효과가 있어 좋아요. 미지님 감사합니다❤
전 퇴근하고 찌뿌둥한 몸을 이 운동으로 풀었어요. 저녁에 마무리 운동으로 해도 좋을 운동이네요. 요 며칠 잠을 설쳐 목이 많이 피로했는데, 따라하고 나니 어깨까지 한결 가벼워졌어요👍감사합니다!!

아침에 멍하고 뻐근할때 하니까 너무 좋아요! 좁은 공간에서도 따라할 수 있는 운동이라 더 좋고 해봤던 워밍업 운동 중에 제일 시원하네요ㅎㅎ
