For some reason, this video popped up in my feed. I had never seen any of your content prior to 2 days ago. However, I am so glad that it did. Yesterday, I looked in my pantry and saw that I had the ingredients to make most of the items. The crispy black beans are phenomenal, the hummus is the best that I have ever made. (I used apple cider vinegar instead of lemon, since I didn't have any.) Your suggestion of flavorful and bland items is genius. I had the chicken, brown rice, black beans, roasted tomatoes and hummus last night. I added a little avocado and I was stuffed. Thank you for the video and please keep making flexible meal plans. I like them much better than eating the same thing each night.

These are GREAT! Going to have to try these next. Quick suggestion. You may like to try an alternative to aluminum foil like parchment paper to bake with. Many people think aluminum leaches into food and isn't good for you. Parchment paper works just as well. Also, I find an immersion blender works great to make hummus. I put the ingredients in a very deep large smoothie cup before blending and it works great and has less cleanup than a real blender. xx
