I remember through your art how I watched my own mother toil in the kitchen...wait, not 'toil'. Toil is a burden. Something difficult and almost forced. A task less desired. No...not toil, my friend. I watched my mother give such love to what she cooked for her family as I see you do. Cooking with every detail in mind from colors to seasonings to presentation. All to show her dedication to the ones she loved.
How do you do this, my friend? To take me back decades to when I was such a small child? I can close my eyes after watching and inhale slowly to smell my mothers cooking. I can hear the sounds and taste on the tip of my tongue how good it was. I don't think you realize just how many people you touch with your art and for this, I thank you.
