    thanks for this workout!! really fun and difficult. I feel stronger after doing it even if I only had light weights (2 kg) at every exercise.

    I appreciate your workouts and detailed explanations+ demos before starting the workout! I have a love/hate relationship with the workouts especially the tricep kickbacks lol. Death by leg day (knee friendly no lunges) is my other fave! Thank you so much for posting these workouts! 🤩🥳

    Is anyone else having trouble with their shoulders clicking when doing the first set. My right arm clicks throughout and its really uncomfortable.

      I have a shoulder issue on my left-hand side. I just don't go up as much or bend my arms a bit more.
