    Literally doing this without weights the first few times. I haven’t done any sort of exercise in many months. My mom was sick for years and I was so busy taking care of her I stopped exercising. She passed last month so I’m slowly trying to get back into some sort of exercise. This is great. Love the music and your energy. Also your attitude as a coach, I’m not hearing calories burned or body sculpting promises. Thanks for doing what you do 🎉

    80s music really is the best for working out. I did something like this at zumba a few times and I really enjoyed how much you feel the burn from the simplest things with the lightest weights.

    Omg this was brutal! My left arm was literally cramping and trying to lock in place by the end but I pushed through. My arms will definitely be toned tomorrow.

    Ok this is one of my fav workouts you've ever done. I was having far too much fun and couldn't stop myself from dancing all the way through 😂 That finisher definitely finished me off though! Please do more like this ❤

    I normally don't enjoy strength training, but really enjoy your hiits. This was the perfect mix for me! Would love to see more strength videos to music in the new year :) It really helps me do more than just cardio

    Omg this is like a blast from the past! I still love doing the pop blaster videos and this feels like an updated video of those - I loved it!! The last exercise nearly killed me though 😂😂

    I do your 80's arms workout with the body weight challenge about once a week and I was STILL dying, even though I finished the song. 🤣Seriously, though, thank you for persevering. I've never had so much fun working out. Your videos keep me motivated and are such a huge stress relief. Best wishes for even more success and if you ever do a live in Austin, I'm there. :)

    I love this workout!! Couldn't do it yesterday because I had work, but did it today and man do I feel shaky!! Amazing workout!! Loved it! Only had five and eight pounds, but used the five! I had a good workout today so thank you, my arms feel shaky, but great!

    My arms hate me lol. I have a very much love/hate feeling towards this workout now. Didn't have weights so I used two cans of coconut milk but man did I feel it. The music really helped get me through it so as much as I hated it, I loved it!

    This time I used two pound weights and even though it was lighter than I used last time it was still a good workout!! I love this workout, fun and challenging!!! Arms need a good workout to!! I thank you for this amazing workout!! Luckily I had two pounds this time, but hey awesome workout!!

    Me before the workout: "Yay! 80's music!" (80's music is my faaaaaaaaaaavorite!!!)
    Me after the workout: "Em, you KILLED me!!! But, at least there was good music! 😁"
    But, I did make it to the end without giving up, and now my arms feel so strong!

    It's amazing how light my arms felt after dropping the weights. But that only lasted about 30seconds LOL

    To be completely honest with you, I JUST CAN'T KEEP UP! I tend to slow down a lot. I had to pause the video a few times to literally rest my arms. I have to go at my own pace. I literally had to tap out. Sorry, Emily.

    I love arm workouts but ARE YOU KIDDING ME WITH THE FINISHER?! Shoulders are my least favorite things and I’m basically dead now. I tried my best but I’ll keep trying. Absolutely hated (and also loved) this style!!
