I'm having a hard day today. Laura, thank you for your videos because they are so comforting. I'm just having them play one after the other while I work and they're like a warm hug.
Laura,I've made this soup for along time( mabe 40 years) . I loved taking it to Pot Luck dinners in the winter time! Always a hit. Thank you for the crouton tip made with the Brioches bread. I look forward to trying them.

Oh my word! I am definitely making this soup. If it's anything like you're loaded potato soup I'm sure it's absolutely out-of-this-world delicious! It makes your tongue want to slap your brain LOL I made my mom last February the loaded potato soup and she loved it. She said it was the best potato soup she ever had in her life! She passed away in April at the age of 92 and I'm just glad that I was able to make her favorite soup and her next favorite is broccoli cheddar and I'm going to make that in loving memory of my mother! Thanks Laura you're one in a million!💞

WOW ! I just made this soup and it is delicious. I used mild cheddar cheese, followed the recipe and omg heaven. Next time I will use Vermont sharp white cheddar. This will be one of the regular dishes that I cook. Super easy. Thank You Laura.

If you want a lighter version, look for Laura's original broccoli soup. She uses potatoes to thicken it... and man... its delicious too!

Hi Laura, just made this easy wonderful soup this morning! It's become cold in the NE so a warm bowl will be enjoyed for dinner. I have 2 containers and made the mistake of adding cheese before freezing one, hope it wont be ruined:-( Love your videos! Love you!!!!
