    Hello,
I’ve read both the old and new version of Pain Free by Pete Egoscue and don’t know by which routine to start as my whole body is in pain. The pain is the worst on my right hip, left shoulder and elbow and right hand. Which routine would you suggest I start with please? Thanks a lot for all the videos and have a great week! :)

Hey there! When someone is that much pain the best bet is to get professional help, your situation is truly outside the scope of that book in terms of timely treatment, if your whole body is in pain.
www.posturestrongcoaching.com is where you can apply for mine and PostureGuyMike’s online coaching service.
In the meantime, the “Menu for hips with pain” in the new book is as good as anyplace to start. But I caution you to never push through an exercise that increases your pain or triggers a new one.
If you have trouble finding exercises that don’t cause pain, coaching will be paramount to your success, and our online coaching model is a fraction of the cost of full 1-on-1 therapy. About the cost of a Starbucks a day to get out of pain!

@@PostureMonsterJon Thank you very much! I've seen countless doctors and PTs (in France where I live). I have EDS and other medical conditions and I truly feel my whole body is out of place. I am extremely flexible and underweight and leave doctors feeling like they just can't help me except for pain meds that i refuse to take... kind of depressing. Thanks a lot for your help!!

@@eleonoreconstant I know how you feel, I went 16 years not getting the help I needed from anybody in the medical system. It wasn’t their fault, they didn’t have the tools required for the job.
      But I do!

@@PostureMonsterJon Thank you!!! I've been feeling quite hopeless but the Egoscue Method gives me a little hope as I've been saying to doctors my body feels misaligned only to hear them say that we're all misaligned so that's not what's causing me so much pain...

@@eleonoreconstant it is true that not everyone who is misaligned is feeling pain… YET! It’s just a matter of time until that happens though because their posture leaves them highly vulnerable to injury and other conditions down the road. Those same people will get better after they correct their posture.
