@@realignbyrandee3436 that would be great Randee. I am happy to pay of course. It's my left leg. Tight hamstrings possible the cause of Hip misalignment, knee being inward, and achillies tendonitis. I did get a menu with a woman years ago but it made my hamstrings tight and she's out of contact these days. I've only just started doing the menu regularly. It did help a lot but feel some excersizes weren't helping because of the tight hamstrings. So I bought the pain free book and method in motion and descovered the excersizes are all different and hard to navigate. Would really love some coaching!

Great video. I’ve been adding the egoscue method to my practice. It’s a bit time consuming but there seems to be a lot of benefit to the programs.
    Thanks for this!

Hi Randee. Thanks for the very clear video and excellent resource. I'm trying to do the exercises daily is that right? Also, somedays I manage half the exercises in order before work and then complete the rest after work. Does that work or is it better to do them all in one session? Thanks

Your Welcome! Daily is good as long as not increasing pain or symptoms. It is not as ideal to break it up. Menus are planned in a sequence. However, doing split as long as not painful is likely more beneficial than not doing any alignment exercises.

Yes with an imbalance like that - this is good place to start. Important to listen to your body with each exercise and make sure it does not cause pain.

I am right-handed and it`s my left that's the problem.

Is there a part that I mention about which hand dominance you are? If so let me know and I will clarify. In terms of where the pain or symptom shows up that is sort of the outcome of the deviation or dysfunction. The dysfunction can be on either side of the body - the symptom results where the forces come together creating tension, friction, or muscles doing a different role then they are designed to do.
